There is only one dining place on campus, appropriately dubbed "the Boardinghouse." During meals, the community fills this building with the familiar warmth of conversation and camaraderie. During the summer and fall, much of the produce comes from the College's garden, and all of the beef comes from the ranch operation. The current cook makes fantastic meals, and his expertise has rubbed off on students. Student-prepared meals vary from mouth-watering to edible, but the overall quality of the food is very high. Every meal is essentially home-cooked, and a great deal of preparation goes into making each meal a special event; in a small way, cooking is a gift for the entire community.
