Parking: Hard to find parking especially when your running late.

3 College Senior

Parking: If you have a parking permit it is okay, but if you have no permit it can be very difficult to park.

4 College Freshman

Parking: Parking is fairly easy to find around campus if you are willing to drive around a bit. There is also the option of paying for parking inside campus. This can get a little pricey so I recommend just coming 30 minutes early and driving around until you find a spot. It should not take longer than that and most spots are within 5 minutes of campus.

Parking: The campus parking isn't as great as i'd like it to be. Parking can be a nightmare if you have a noon/evening class.

3 College Senior

Parking: I dont own a car,but by looking at the parking lot there is alot of room to park. This maybe because being in New York City commuting is mostly done by trains and buses by students.

There are several areas for Lehman students to park. There is the parking lot by the Bedford Park Boulevard entrance (a lot which students need to pay for), as well as the parking spaces in front of the entrance to the APEX; the APEX parking spots have meters, but students can leave their car there for hours (unlike meters in New York City, which have limits of two hours). The majority of students just park in street parking in the Kingsbridge area or along the streets in front of Clinton High School and Lehman (underneath the tracks of the 4 train).

However, in spite of the parking lots, most students mainly take public transportation to get to campus because it is cheaper and hassle-free.
