Tuition & Financial Aid: It's a typical cuny school fee, nothing special.

2 Recent Alumnus

Facilities: There are no special things about our facilities.

3 Recent Alumnus

Online Courses: It was nothing special, but the work load was good and kept us responsible.

3 Recent Alumnus

Academic Flexibility: English classes and humanities classes were much more flexible than math and science classes, which was quite frustrating.

Student Body: Sadly, the stigma of a community college is correct with this school. The majority of people just attend to attend. It felt like 13th grade for the first year. But you do have some academic students.

Career Services: None, it's a community college and I'm not sure they do things like that. If they do, we never heard about it.

4 Recent Alumnus

Campus Resources: We had a great library and great computer labs. My only compliant is that they allowed students to play on Facebook and watch movies while others waited in line to do actual work.

Campus Resources: The computer network was great. But as before, they need better rules as it pertains to what you're allowed to do so that good network can be used correctly.

Academic Experience: I didn't feel as if my major was specific enough. Although I wasn't a science major, I was required to take a science class, which I loved! But my biology teacher constantly belittled me and took me for arrogant when I was really the only person who actually cared about the class. I'll never forgive the school for a man like that.

Academic Experience: There's a good variety of things to do at LAGCC. There's a lot of programs, but unless you're going into the nursing program they don't really seem to care. Specialty courses got the most attention. Otherwise they treated you as if you knew nothing.

3 College Student

Student Body: The student body is very diverse, and there are a lot of great sociable people here.

5 College Student

Overall Experience: It is by the far best family like warm experience entering this campus. I was not just treated as a student, but as a person who needed help in any aspect possible. This campus had a family welcome everyday environment.

Academic Experience: My major in Criminal Justice seems to be one of many to be considered common among the campus, and the classes have been very interesting.

4 College Student

Academic Experience: The classes offered to me was very efficient and interesting when I was pursuing my major, and the registration process had no flaws.

4 College Student

Career Services: There is a lot of people that help explain in the career center and many job prospects are introduced.

4 College Student

Academic Flexibility: My classes and the curriculum I had to take was very flexible and very easy to adjust to.

3 College Student

Online Courses: I am not a huge fan of online courses, I usually learn more when I have a professor explaining things to me, but when I had to take a hybrid class, it was average.

4 College Student

Facilities: My school has a lot of open minded and diverse group of people that do what they love openly. There are people that are really sociable and talk to people to join clubs and always keep the campus lively.

5 College Student

Campus Resources: There are alot of resources in Laguardia provided, especially since I entered the College Discovery Program. They have established a new program with it called the College Discovery Scholars, and the amount of attention, assistance, and extra tutoring given to me gave me a huge advantage in pursuing my career.

4 College Student

Campus Resources: The technology in my school works efficiently with very rare flaws.

4 College Student

Tuition & Financial Aid: The schools financial aid was very helpful and helped me progress through a lot of my classes. The assistance given to me in my school helped me better understand how important my academic grades were, and it helped me seek tutoring.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: If they had more funding it would probably be awesome but they offer a lot of things, like a pool, so that's pretty cool.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: It always pops up for me to login to my wifi so that comes in handy or else you have crap service everywhere.

4 College Senior
