4 College Senior

Majors: the process is fair, everything counts

3 College Senior

Scholarships: I need tips for myself. not qualified for anything but loans, I cannot afford loans.

3 College Senior

Off-Campus Dining: college cafeteria serve good meals but I have not seen organic sign on anything

3 College Senior

Nightlife: students are serious about studying and achieving their educational goals

4 College Senior

Campus Strictness: security is serious about safety

2 College Senior

Athletics: not much sports activities but various exercise programs geared to improve health and decrease stress

5 College Senior

Nightlife: Journalism + graduate school = extreme amounts of stress, and therefore a desire to party. On top of that, we are located in the middle of Manhattan and commute, so people are happy to go out for drinks after we leave school (at 11 at night, often).

Facilities: Excellent facilities, and the newsroom is the center of student life and, really, of most of lives of students in general.

Computers: There are many computers that are available to students and the library is very spacious.

Weather: It is very cold in the weather and it is a commuter school so that can be very inconvenient. There are no dorms so travel is mandatory but it is a great location in the Spring and Summer.

Off-Campus Housing: The areas surrounding can be pricey. A room mate may help with cost or add to headaches.

Overall Experience: Library Dweeb – honestly, everyone is at the library or in their dept. louge so im usually there. I like the diversity on CUNY. The faculty members are gifted and you can go about knowing you have recieved an education that is both unique and vigorous.

College Senior

Scholarships: Scholarship really don't exist for master level students but we can apply for cuny cap which is like a internship but that is limited.

Campus Strictness: Easy Does It – it's not super strict. as long as you have your id went entering the building then security leaves you alone for the most part. I like it because after all we're all adults so the extra protection is unnessecary.

5 College Senior

Local Atmosphere: Cultural Melting Pot – I love the graduate center because its located in the heart on nyc and it is super diverse. There are three people in my program that work for the UN while others come from other countries. The energy the campus has is awe inspiring.

Off-Campus Dining: Food Is Everywhere – This is nyc food is everywhere so that would not be a problem

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: In Need of a Few More Scholarship Programs – The school overall is great, however, for student that don't have the money a few more scholarship options would be great.

4 Recent Alumnus

Facilities: All New – State of the art facilities, ability to check out equipment. Great research center.

5 College Junior

Facilities: That it is completely online! They also offer interesting classes such as, The Ascent of man, and NYC History.
