The worst Nursing College ever.
This school is going to set you-up to fail.
Its a numbers game and how much money they can make from redoing courses.
Although it's still a new school lets wait to see the statistics of how many students actually graduate from this school without redoing at least one class.
In addition I am interested in seeing the number of students that graduate compared to the amount that was accepted into the program.
This Is the very last choose school if you know what I mean.
From a student who is living it and watching the fear and stress of many many other students.
It is not uncommon to have at least a third of a class not pass a class, now ask yourself is that normal; and then research other nursing schools and ask if that is normal:
I am not talking the heavy duty classes like pharm and adult health I am talking about entry level nursing classes.
believe me this is not a common practice in other nursing schools....
Mostly, my school consists of working-class people with part-time jobs or families. They often juggle many different roles but struggle in addition to being students. While they are happy to socialize and make friends, this is not a priority. They are getting an education so they can seek a different life or career.
Crouse does not offer online courses, but you may take online courses from another school and have the credits transferred.
Tuition & Financial Aid:
If you want to stay in the dorm, it is a bit pricey. There is a total of 37 girls living in the dorms, we only have 6 toilets and 7 showers. It is very hard to be able to get ready in the morning, because a majority of us have our classes together, the same day at the same time. We have one kitchen for all girls and only 2 microwaves and one stove, this is not enough for us and we are not able to have a microwave or a coffee maker in our rooms, we are only granted permission for a mini-fridge. Also, prior to moving in we were told that plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans would be provided for us. There is only one bowl, one fork, and 3 plates in the kitchen! But other than that the financial aid officer is very understanding and helpful and tuition is not that costly for the great experience we get!
Sorry, there are no reviews.
