Off-Campus Housing: It's expensive, the city is dangerous, it's really expensive, far off, and did I mention expensive?

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: The places are pretty nice but the prices are incredibly high. The on campus housing is expensive as well.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: School in general is grate, but parking at downtown campus is a serious issue, which becomes the only cons.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: There are plenty apartments in the city, but you have to know where to look, and they can be costly. The city is pretty transient so if you can't find something right away chances are if you give it a month a place in an area you like will open up. The trick to finding a place in DC is starting early because most places require background/credit checks and they take time, and you never know when a place will fall through on you.

Off-Campus Housing: I really have no say on this subject, because i always plan to live on campus. Even if im from that area.
