4 College Freshman

Academics: As a Health Science major, I have one of the harder workloads compared to students in other majors. It is a young program, so facilities are not the best. However, the science department is working to change that. The unique aspect of the department i am in is the care that the professors have for the students. Every professor is willing to answer questions, and help make us successful when applying to graduate programs.

4 College Sophomore

Academics: Being a music major is very unique from all the other majors because in a sense we are like a big family. Everyone knows each other and we encourage one another to keep on keeping on when things get hard, as the process of acquiring a music degree will always be a challenge. The reason I did not give this 5 stars is because some of the music faculty are not very helpful or encouraging.

4 College Sophomore

Academics: I really like the quality of the education offered at Corban. The professors know what they are talking about, and the workload is okay.

5 College Sophomore

Academics: I am an education major, so the school is very involved. They have monthly meetings and they are always there to help if you are confused about something, and if you're having trouble getting to your student observation placement. They really invest their time into getting you into a great student teaching placement. They even will try to get you into school, where a teacher is soon to retire, so you are more able to take their place, when they leave.

5 College Senior

Academics: I wasn't sure about the education program at first but once I got through the freshman required classes for the major, I really liked it. The relationships you build with both the professors and your peers makes all the stress and occasional confusion about work samples worth it. Junior year tends to be hardest, simply because you're doing real-life teaching in a classroom, but you and your fellow student teachers are all going through it together, and the professors are incredible at talking you through it, highs AND lows. They are there for you all the way.
