Parking: Permit is a one time charge of no more than $20 for a school a school year. You are allowed to park in faculty and staff parking on the weekends without getting a ticket. You get a ticket if you are parked in 15 minute parking too long or handicap if you don't have a plaque.

Scholarships: Apply as early as possible for Financial Aid and apply for scholarships if you don't wish to pull out any loans. It's easy to get an on campus job.

Campus Strictness: It is a dry campus. People find weekend activties if they choose. Dorm visitations are not strict like other private schools. Privacy hours during the week is 12am and 2am on the weekends.

Drug Safety: You don't have to party have a great time. Those who want to find a way.

Greek Life: Our "Greek life" consists of creating professional relationships with important people that can potentially help us when we graduate. It focuses on giving experience in specialized majors and builds long lasting friendships.

5 College Sophomore

Academics: Close communication with professors. They constantly have info nights to talk to students about possibilities of careers and fields of psychology. The workload is doable. Many internships are offered off and on campus.

4 College Sophomore

Nightlife: There is always something to do.

Transportation: Freshman aren't allowed to have cars unless they petition for it. I know many Freshman that do have cars. It was nice not to have a car my freshman year because it gave me the opportunity to go out and meet new people. Make friends that have cars or else your RA's are always there to help if you need it. There are rental cars on campus as well as campus provided shuttles. The cost to register your car on campus is no more than $20. Concordia is planning to build a parking structure soon.

Local Atmosphere: It's voted and is one of the safest cities in California. It's just beautiful and close to the beach.

Campus Housing: The dorms are super spacious and there are two possible dorm set-ups. One establishes higher privacy than the other. You only share a sink with one person and a shower with three. Apartment like dorms. For Sigma and Rho you each have a walk in closet and a micro-fridge, desk, chair, and bed. In quads you are given a big refrigerator, sink kitchen, living room, bed, desk, chair, pantry, and cloat closet (resembles a studio for 4).

Academics: Very difficult but its not that bad.
