3 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: Well out of guys here, half are gay and the others are mostly assholes.

4 College Junior

Guys & Girls: I've loved almost everyone I've met- nobody's perfect, but nobody's been terrible.

3 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: Most of the people look similar to each other because there is a lack of diversity ethnicity wise, otherwise the majority of people are preppy, athletic and for the most part friendly.

4 Recent Alumnus

Guys & Girls: There are a lot of fun girls at Concordia. I remember most people I met at school fondly.

3 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: Eh, the ratio is 60 girls to every 40 boys, and out of those 40 boys, the majority are either gay or taken. At least, that's what they say. It's great to be a guy here, I guess. But if one of your main goals of college is to get a boyfriend...maybe this isn't the place for you.

There is a very noticeable girl-to-guy ratio, and it's in favor of girls at Concordia (or guys, depending on how you look at it). Although there are many more women enrolled, each sex has their positives and negatives, and the men seem to have just a tiny bit of an edge on the negative side. The women on campus sometimes have difficulty meeting eligible straight men, which poses a frustrating problem.

A lot of students seek relationships, though there are some that are just interested in hooking up for a short time. There is an evident gay population, and students are generally open and friendly. Students spend time together on weekends, either on campus or off campus. If on campus, board games and movies are common, as well as general chilling or relaxation in various lounges. Off campus students can go to parties at houses rented by students and dance or play games. While not every student is extroverted, it is pretty difficult to spend any time at Concordia in complete solitude.

Social Scene
Students at Concordia know how to be social. The social aspect of life is ingrained into the heads of students as integral to living a healthy, happy life. Because of this, students tend to be friendly and talkative. They love to hang out doing homework or doing other less productive things like watching movies or attending campus entertainment events.
Hookups or Relationships?
Students usually date rather than take part in random hook-ups, but there is some of each on campus. The majority of students either are in relationships with other Concordia students or students at different schools.
Dress Code
Students are definitely casual with respect to clothing for the majority of the year. Some try to stay in style, but it is by no means a requirement. Guys usually wear shorts and T-shirts during the few days of warm weather; girls wear the same with the exception of skirts. Dressing up is somewhat common, but nearly the entire campus switches to wearing jeans for the winter months.
