Facilities: I just recently attended my first dental club meeting and it's a really good feeling being able to be part of a group who is passionate about what they do and looks at life with a good attitude and it willing to give back to their community. It's nice to be a part of something like that.

Student Body: I've honestly never been around such a huge group of people who are happy to see you and ready to help you. My first day, I had at least four girls approach me to ask if I needed help with anything and to explain class rules and expectations to me. They really put the C.A.R.E.S policy into action.

Academic Flexibility: They are really strict about attendance, which is understandable, considering they are fast track associate's courses. If you miss one day, it could be the equivalent to a week elsewhere. However, they understand that things come and life happens. They just reinforce that communication is key. If you know you need to miss a few days, you can work on your class work from home online. If you can't make a morning class, come sit in on an evening class. They really are here to work with you and help you succeed.

Online Courses: At first I was hesitant about taking online courses, but after the first week, the worry is totally gone. Instructors keep in contact with you via e-mail, text, phone call, and live lectures. They are always available and remind you of this in every e-mail and lecture.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Right away financial aid walked me step by step through the student loan process, the FAFSA process, and helped me to find scholarships. Any time I've had a question, their doors are open. They are always willing to help. People are always scared off by financial aid but I can honestly say this was so easy and painless.

Academic Experience: I feel that all my teachers are very knowledgable and ready to help at all times. They are thorough in their teachings and in their expectations from me as a student. Going back to school has been so eye opening and life changing for me. I knew I could no longer get by living paycheck to paycheck working for minimum wage and Community Care College really feels like a second family that's given me another shot at my education. They have been there step by step cheering me on and I could never begin to express the gratitude that I have for them. I'm getting the education I need to support myself and my future family by doing something I'm really passionate about.

Academic Experience: Being a working adult college, they give you just enough work to challenge and push you, but not to overload you. In dental assisting we are constantly in the lab learning how to assist the dentist in a hands-on environment to help ready us for our externship and career. Everyone has an open door policy and is literally always around if you need help.

Career Services: The Career Services team is constantly looking for new career opportunities to present to students while attending school and even after. Career Services is always readily available to me whenever I need. They have helped brush up on my interviewing skills and in building my resume. They are a great group of people who really love to help their students succeed.
