3 College Junior

Online Courses: Don't feel as though it was comparable because I got the grade I wanted but prabably don't know the information as well.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: I have switched schools and majors within the last year so it is hard for me to say. I know that a career path in science or math will be more challenging to complete than anything else.

Campus Resources: There is an athletic facility in town that is nice as well as a decent one on the campus. The gym is nice but I think there could be improvements made on the weight room. The library is great and has good hours for all students with different schedules to come in and get what they need. It is a good environment to study in. They have a place called the den where there are games to play and places to get away and relax.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: Given the location and size of the campus and community, they do a very good job of keeping us interested. I think since this is a junior college campus, most of the people are here for either a sport, a certificate, or they are a local from the town.

Tuition & Financial Aid: It is not the schools responisbility for financial aid, it is the government. They help with questions and concerns, but when it comes to the amout of grants and loans that is solely based off of me. Tuition is the same as any community college.

5 College Junior

Career Services: I have not graduated yet but I am in dental hygiene and have heard students who have graduated have gotten jobs after.

5 College Senior

Campus Resources: We have free printing for students paid by student government. We have tons of computer labs and ALap on campus. There is wireless access in class. We also have smart boards. We are very technology savvy

Career Services: Colorado Northwestern Community College has amazing programs for trate work such as Cosmotology, Automotive, Mining, etc. These are all jobs that are popular and big in our community and with their education here allows them to get a job right out of graduating.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: It is getting better, but they need more faculty and more options for classes. But over all all the faculty and staff are friendly and willing to help.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: Colorado Northwestern Community College has an amazing school with fantastic faculty and staff, but they need to not be afraid to grow.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: they are very different than a class room that is for sure. You can not see your teacher you only hear the teacher and see what is being said on a white board. You can not talk to the teacher at the same time the teacher is talking to stop them and ask question in case you may not understand something. The homework is given all at once to be done in one week and sometimes with other classes that is a rush. Otherwise the aspect of being at home and not going anywhere to take the class is a nice thing but if you have question you can't get in touch with the teacher as easily.

Student Body: We have a diverse student body. There are people from various walks of life not to mention different ethnic backgrounds. I am sure we all have some varied belief in religion but it is not dicussed much in the classes i am taking. Everyone seems to accept each other comfortably and not shy away from anyone. We all seem to get along for the most part.

4 College Junior

Career Services: From what i have seen so far and experienced. the college is more than willing to help you in anyway they can. they have even given me a person already to contact about somethings for next year maybe. I sure hope it all works out.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: Pretty Good – I have taken some online classes which I love the teachers I have had have been great about responding to emails etc.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Poor Communication – The college financial aid person is limited to one person and since she is very busy her response time is very slow. This held back several payments etc.

4 College Junior

Online Courses: Online and on My Time – I love the fact that when you have time you can sit and do your course work. if something pops up at the last minute, for me which is usually work related, then i do not have to miss classes.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: The networking is a littler slower than i am use to but it gets the job done!

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: Dental Hygiene – CNCC has not only a flight school but also is one of the only three campuses in Colorado to have a Dental Hygiene program.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: I love the dorms and the fact that you can get your own bathrooms. The layout is also very nice and everything is very central.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: LOVE RANGELY! I love the dental hygiene clinic. It is so modern and new! The whole campus feels like everyone is one big family and the professors and staff want everyone to succeed. I love the vibe and the small town atmosphere.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Glad I Have the Option – I love that I live close enough to be able to attend school there, however I am not involved in any school clubs etc.

4 College Sophomore

Online Courses: Good If You Can Self Study – Was a good course, if you are able to teach yourself and have the motivation.

3 College Student

Overall Experience: My High School Experience – My high school was an OK school. I surely wasn't the best, but it was the worst either. It gave me the opportunities I've wanted and now I'm a senior in high school. I am proud to say John Mall High School was the school I went to. I made tons of friends, and tons of memories. I am happy with my school experience.

2 College Freshman

Online Courses: I haven't taken an online class, but I tried and it was way expensive!!

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: The Academics – The academics are ok. There very fee classes, but the classes that they do have are great!
