Overall Experience: Professors and courses offered at this college is good. The college has combined different students with different culture and has a huge outdoor space for student activities, relaxation, study and etc. It also has a small size classroom of 25 which we have more time to deal with our professors with anything we're not comfortable with.

Overall Experience: Earning an associates degree at this college gets you more chance to find a job in the FSM. College of Micronesia is accredited with the western association of schools and colleges, which means you can transfer your credits to other colleges or universities if you wish to continue your education to higher level.

Academic Flexibility: One good outcome of this college is the fact that there are dorms where you can live in. Being a dorm student, I am just a walk away from my classes and have no excuse to be late any of my classes. Thus, flexibility of a dorm student is much more broad than it would be if I lived off campus.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Since we're a community college, I would say the tuition here is as cheap as it could get. As a student, I only use two scholarships plus the FAFSA and my balance is covered for a semester which allows me to register for classes for the next semester. All I have to do is keep up my grades and meet a GPA requirement and I get those two scholarships in every semester I take classes. The financial aid office here is pretty specific and mostly helpful.

Career Services: I wouldn't know anything about an alumni network or any of that, but once in awhile, sessions are held to explain job prospects to students graduating soon or who are interested to know more about the available jobs here in the FSM as well as which jobs fit which majors and so on.

Facilities: What I like about our campus is that it has a lot of available open spaces where students can just hang outdoors, enjoy nature, and study quietly without being bothered by others or noises of any kind.

Campus Resources: for a student every thing you need to complete you study you can find it on campus.

Tuition & Financial Aid: the bad thing about this college is due to the fact that the dinning hall is more expensive than our classes, if you stay in the dorm, it is automatic that your FAFSA, will pay for your food.

Online Courses: online course are really is called easy "A" you don't put in that much effort yet you get a good grade.

4 College Senior

Facilities: Only in Micronesia you will find students majoring in " Micronesian study"

Campus Resources: The facility on the campus is good because there a big library where students can study and do projects. At the same time, there are 4 computers available to those who don't have home work or projects.

Campus Resources: All the facilities are accessible, but some areas need improvement such as the sports center...need new equipment

Campus Resources: The school automatically deducts a "technology fee" of a 100 dollars per student from the Pell Grant for access to computer labs, printers, COM account called "MyShark", and to all the libraries and learning resources. The computer network is very reliable, and is very helpful with research and access to online resources.

Career Services: There are no Career Services centers at the college. If you want to do something after you graduate from COM you would have to do things on your own. Its very hard to apply to other schools or get a job because the college can't help you with these.

Academic Flexibility: Average Courses – I came here to start my learning as being a college student because I feel more comfortable in studying on a place that is not far from my home. This is the best school for me to start my learning.
