5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: The off campus housing is really nice and affordable.

Off-Campus Housing: I've not yet lived off campus but I'm planning to do that in the future. There seems to be a good selection of potential housing and I'm exploring to see what is affordable.

Off-Campus Housing: In general, off campus housing is great. I GUESS it's a bit expensive. Is $500-$650 a month expensive. Coastal actually has an office who's sole purpose is helping students find off campus housing. The off campus places are extremely nice though and most of them are actually closer to campus than UP is. The only one that isn't good is UV Coast, don't ever live there! But Monarch, the Cove, Coastal Club are all crazy nice!

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: The off campus housing varies depending on the location. There are some fairly safe places near the school, but some areas are not as safe. Also, one thing I have realized as a freshman at CCU is that you really need a car. I am living at University Place, it is for freshmans, but it is off campus housing. It is basically a 3 bedroom apartment with a living room, full kitchen, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is amazing, but unfortunately the shuttle service is never on time. It is considered Off Campus University owned housing.

Junior and Senior year will be more affordable, but I will definitely need a car. As I said earlier, the safety depends on the area as there are some sketchy parts of Conway.

Off-Campus Housing: Students seem to enjoy off campus housing.
