5 College Junior

Overall Experience: I love this school. I am loving every minute, faculty and staff are helpful and invested in your success. Classes are small so getting to know professors and fellow students is easier.

5 College Junior

Campus Dining: large selection of food, hot cooked and also quick take sandwiches with open salad bar as well. Most are healthy choices.

5 College Junior

Nightlife: Lots to do at night- power and lights district, lots of culture, and seasonal things to do including haunted houses in the west bottoms. (which have been listed as the best in the nation)

5 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: Properties around school are nice. I live minutes from campus and enjoy suburban life with my family.

5 College Junior

Scholarships: received small scholarship from school and thought that was awesome.

5 College Junior

Parking: There is always plenty of parking

5 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: Lots to do. I came from CA and have found that cost of living here in Kansas, Overland Park is better. The ability to live life, have a life, is wonderful. There is no "rat race" here. Just enjoying life, able to see sporting events, or shop, or see museum and culture. All attractions are a matter of minutes- very centrally located.

Majors: Getting into the program is challenging as it should be. Heavy background in Science is needed and a grade point average needs to be maintained.

5 College Junior

Majors: I love being a part of the undergrad class. My class is small and getting to know one another is easy. I am building life long relationships. Workload is heavy as classes are accelerated. However it gives one no time to procrastinate and fall behind- so you hit the ground running.

5 College Junior

Transportation: Centrally located close to town, shops etc.

5 College Junior

Facilities: It is the only Chiropractic University around- it rates very high. Everyone is very supportive and invested in our success.

5 College Junior

Facilities: Fantastic campus, everything is easy to navigate. Parking is never a problem everything is in one building and this is especially nice in inclement weather.

5 College Junior

Campus Strictness: The University creates an environment for success in every way. There is nothing that you could want that they cannot provide whether it be tutors, recommendations, and advise. The faculty and staff are helpful and nurturing at all times. Very supportive- it is MY tribe....my place where I can succeed and meet my end goal.

5 College Junior

Guys & Girls: All girls and guys are serious, focused and all there for same objective to obtain degree in biology and/or pursue a doctorate in chiropractic

5 College Junior

Weather: At Cleveland University they always accommodate based on the weather. It snows here and they always make sure walk ways are safe and clear.

4 College Senior

Facilities: All the classes are contained in one building that is very up-to-date. Very large lawn with a great sledding hill at the front of the building. Also lots and lots of trees.

5 College Senior

Parking: The HUGE parking lot is directly in front of the building and very easy to reach from the street. There are plenty of spaces available.

4 College Senior

Facilities: There are sooo many different clubs students can join from volunteer groups to StuCo to sports to specific chiropractic techniques. As you learn about chiropractic in general, while in class, you can learn more about specific treatment techniques and figure out what interests you most.

4 College Senior

Campus Dining: The cafeteria is open from 11-1:30 every weekday. There are daily lunch specials, made-to-order burgers/chicken sandwiches/black bean burgers, as well as soup and pre-packaged sanwiches (made in-house). Snacks and drinks are also available when the kitchen is not open. The bookstore offers has breakfast burritos every day, other snacks, beverages and the best coffee on campus.

5 College Sophomore

Weather: Living close to campus allows for easy commute regardless of weather. Humidity can be tough if you're not used to it, but overall it tends to be mild.

3 College Sophomore

Transportation: For a foreign student that has no vehicle it will be a rather difficult threat to learn and live more effectively

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: Maybe for a foreign student I have to struggle for more chance with the help of the school

3 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: Often too much food left on the dish. It will be better if everyone take as much as what will be consumed only and it also will be better to save for other in need

4 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: It is still much comfortable for an Asian new comer

5 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: Cleveland University, formerly cleveland chiropractic college, is in a great part of KC! Overland Park is a wonderful place to live. There is little crime, the roads are great, there are plenty of places to shop and eat. There is a great night life close by in Power and light district downtown, or at the plaza or westport! There are also great museums, amusement parks and other attractions in the KC area!
