5 College Junior

Weather: it's a little chillier than where i'm from because it's a little further north, but it doesn't effect how wonderful the campus is. it's close to the mountains and other locations that are perfect for the colder times in the year.

4 College Junior

Weather: Bring an umbrella for evening showers.

5 College Freshman

Weather: It literally only rained hard three times the entire year. So, I loved the weather. We even had a couple of snow days; I hate snow, but I love canceled classes.

5 College Freshman

Weather: I choose to come to Clemson for the weather. This winter was pretty cold, but it was unusual. The spring felt like summer and everything was in bloom so much earlier than it is in the north. I loved everything about the weather and it definitely added to my first year experience.

3 College Freshman

Weather: I was not expecting the fluctuation of hot. cold, rain and snow that South Carolina has. However, when it is a nice day, there is nothing more beautiful.

Weather at Clemson is comfortable year-round. Being in the south, Clemson doesn't face any extreme weather conditions; even the summer heat isn't unbearable. If it does happen to snow, expect the whole campus to turn into a playground, as it has in the past.

Clemson's weather can't be beat. It's got the best of every season and you get to see it all right here in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. You'll appreciate the weather even more when the rest of the country is snowed-in and you don't even have to wear a jacket.
