Athletics: athletics are a big part of this school. it revolves around football. basketball is the other big sport on campus. there is a large variety of club and intramural sports to choose from. the facilities are great and always available

Nightlife: if your old enough to get into the bars downtown, then your set. but if your not, theres not much else to do down town. you will have to find a frat party to go to or go to downtown greenvillle which is a good drive away

Campus Dining: there are only two dinning halls on campus and one of them is closed on the weekends. the only late night food option on campus is wendys. one of the dinning halls is pretty small and has a small variety of food so you get stuck eating the same thing pretty much every day unless you want to walk cross campus to the bigger dinning hall which has a little bit bigger variety. the quality of the food is average but nothing to rave about

Scholarships: dealing with the financial aid support at the school is a nightmare. nobody can give you a straight answer on what you actually need to do or how to go about it. the best thing to do is to find and upper classman that has already gone through it and ask them to help you. because otherwise you will be going in circles for weeks not getting the answers or help you need

Facilities: campus life is good on campus there is always alot to get involved in. the social scene is kind of lacking the only entertainment downtown is shopping and bars and to go to a good shopping center or mall its a bit of a drive. the academics and the school campus itself is good.

Off-Campus Housing: i currently live on campus but have signed a lease for an off campus apartment for next year. the hardest part was trying to decide where to live but the leasing process was fairly easy and it will be close to campus

Transportation: there are alot of buses to take you around campus and to a couple places off campus but it is a big advantage to have your own car. there are shuttles and car sharing offered to students who need rides to the airport for breaks

Computers: you have to have your own laptop on campus. there are printers in alot of buildings you can use. the wireless has been pretty good always have availability on campus and the speed is pretty good

Overall Experience: overall it has been a good experience. dealing with the faculty when it comes to financial aid and the billing process has been terrible because nobody can give you a straight answer or tell you what you actually need to know. but besides that everything else has been pretty good

Campus Housing: housing is about 50/50 there are one or two nicer ones and a couple that are in really bad shape and then there are a couple that are in the middle. overall the housing is okay

Academics: Engineering is one of the hardest majors at the school, overall professors are good. the workload and curriculum can be a bit much sometimes

Academics: some majors are more difficult than others, depending which one your in depends on how good the professors are. the only downside is no matter what major you are, majority of science and engineering though, you have to deal with foreign TA's that are hard to understand and make learning the material harder than it has to be

Greek Life: Greek life is very prevalent on campus and sometimes over bearing. However as someone not greek affiliated it is not that hard to avoid greek functions and the influence on campus

Overall Experience: Clemson is more of a athletic school for the math and science majors. It has been a tough adjustment, but it is overall a great school.

Guys & Girls: It's very Southern thinking down here. Men will hold the door open for girls and be generally polite, but of course that comes with a bit of social stigma for females. Everyone seems to dress the same, I think.

Campus Strictness: They seem to apply administration to the things that aren't as important or could earn the school more money, in my opinion.

Transportation: There are many shuttle buses that are willing that take students to the bigger shopping areas further away from campus, but having your own car is very useful, even if finding a parking spot is difficult.

Drug Safety: I honestly don't know anyone who's into drugs, but alcohol is in easy access around here.

Local Atmosphere: It's a small college town right off the edge of rural life, but there's plenty of shops and restaurants within driving distance to keep one entertained. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Health & Safety: The campus is very lit up and has many emergency phones throughout. I see many females, including myself, walking around alone without much concern.

Nightlife: Many nice restaurants to visit, but I'm not a drinker so I can't really say how the nightlife compares.

Off-Campus Housing: One of the reasons I decided to come to Clemson was because it would be easy for me to find an affordable apartment off campus.

Scholarships: I might be basis seeing as I come from a low income household, but I'm constantly finding myself owing more and more every semester with no help from the financial aid board. Talking to a counselor you're pretty much told that you're on your own if you want to find other options to help pay your tuition, and they wait until last minute to let you know how much you owe the school.

Clemson offers an amazing college experience. Students return for the rest of their lives to see how the campus has changed and to support the Tigers. Although it is located in a small town, the school is big enough that there is never a dull moment, and the location only makes the student body closer to one another. As anyone who has been to Clemson knows, the students' blood here is orange, and the Clemson spirit is contagious for almost anyone who attends.
