Academic Experience: The Classes are Challenging and fun! The professors are really nice and always try and help you to succeed in your major. They will also try to answer you as fast as they can.

1 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: The Financial aid dept. Will send me a letter a week before the semester starts and they will not return your emails or phone calls.

4 College Senior

Career Services: they are good working around your work and family life

Academic Experience: My professors at Clarkstate Community College have always been extremely helpful. If I ever have questions or concerns my professors are always happy to lend a helping hand. Registration was simple with the help from my academic advisor. I have only been taking a few classes per semester and find the workload is challenging but acheivable. So far, my experience with Clarkstates academics has been pleasurable.

Campus Resources: I use the computer labs at Clarkstate Community College quite often and find everytime that there are plenty of available seats. The internet is always reliable and fast and I have never had any problems with the network being down. Each semester students are given $7.00 towards ink and paper which I find to be more than enough. Overall, my experience with campus resources are great.

Campus Resources: The campus resources at Clark State Community College are quite excellent. I find myself using the library a few times a week, as the cost of ink and paper is so low and affordable. If I ever have difficulties with the computers while in the library it is very easy to reach the help desk and receive assistance.

Academic Experience: Clark State Community College is a small school, so students tend to get more one on one time with the professors which is helpful. Tuition cost is less expensive than larger schools which makes it affordable for most students. I find that by only taking a few classes each semester that I am able to dedicate enough time towards my homework and outside employment. My advisor has informed me that after graduation I will be assisted in finding a job which leaves me with some peace of mind.

College Senior

Career Services: I have not graduated from this college, and have never experienced their post-grad services, although several of my friends have, and say their Nursing program has a very helpful assistance program for placement and testing services.

Campus Resources: The network is usually reliable, with update notifications being given well in advance if it will be unavailable. The computer labs are not very helpful, however, as they are unusable when you have specific software for classes that is supposed to be available, but nobody knows the password to access it, from the teachers to the department head.

Online Courses: I have rarely had issues with connectivity or the actual ability to access/submit my classes and assignments. Most of the teachers are helpful and available, with quick response times. It was renovated as of this semester, so I have yet to be able to evaluate the new system.

Campus Resources: There have been some recent renovations that make the main campus look nice, but I believe the money could have been better spent on faculty resources. It seems as though paperwork is a constant issue with the admittance/administrative staff, i.e. lost student files and lack of communication.

3 College Sophomore

Career Services: Ive only been there two weeks so I really don't know yet

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: we have lots of computer all over the school. very fast on speed and up to date.

5 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: The flexibility at Clark State is outstanding. I'm currently working 30 hours a week and I am easily able to work around my schedule as well as my home life. I have class 3 days a week and I'm able to go to work as soon as I leave school. Clark State offers evening classes as well as summer classes which will make attending college quite easy for those who work a full-time job.

4 College Sophomore

Career Services: Though I have not graduated from college yet, I have already discussed the post-grad services Clark State offers. My adviser Carrie informed me that the career center will help me find a job quickly and easily, which is my main goal after graduation.

Student Body: I've noticed there is a lot of diversity at Clark State Community College. My classes typically consist of all different ethnicities, religions and ages. I have several people in my classes that are in their late 30's, continuing their education or just getting a late start on their degree. Everyone seems very friendly and eager to learn, yet we are all focused on getting the same thing - a degree!

Tuition & Financial Aid: So far my experience at Clark State has been enjoyable. Unfortunately, I did not qualify for any Financial Aid but my adviser Carrie was kind enough to show me some information about loans and scholarships which eventually led me to this website. I'm currently paying cash for my education at Clark State and I'm earning an associates degree in Physical Therapy Assistance. I can't stress enough to potential students to explore all of their financial assistance options before beginning college. I will continue to fill out scholarships in hopes that I will receive some help and I will be able to continue my education with a little less stress.

4 College Senior

Online Courses: I love the on line classes. I work full time so it is much more convenient. It's does require more busy work but that was ok with me.

3 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuitions is very reasonable in comparison to other colleges in the area. The financial aid process needs work. The employees are not very friendly and they assume everyone knows what they need to complete the process.

5 College Senior

Campus Resources: Clark State is full of resources. Great library, gym, computer labs and many more.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: I love the Angel program very rarely have problems.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: we just went from quarters to semesters, they are still tweaking it

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: I am still finishing my general eds, and so far it hasnt been too bad. Some teachers are really good at the subject some i didnt understand why they were making us do something because i felt it wouldnt really help us.

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: This school has alot of different programs and gives you tips for things such as test anxiety, which i think is very important to have in a college, because a lot of students suffer with that because they have so many other things going on in their lives as a college student.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: The facilities are not too bad. There is a small gym, a student center, a library, and a cafe due to the size of the campus. However, it is a comfortable campus to have class, studying , and hand out with friends between classes.
