3 College Sophomore

Facilities: Citrus has an amazing dance program. I have been apart since I started going there. They are very professional and always put out great work! I love it!

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The teachers are friendly and caring, the workload is normal. The registration is very harsh for incoming freshman because the students are the last ones to choose their classes.

5 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The teachers are amazing and the workload is not that bad. The teacher is constantly taking the students to meet other important people in the field. He takes us to competitions to get greater knowledge of how other students think when it comes to model building and design. The teacher recieved a grant for his Advanced students to prepare and take the LEED exam for Architecture, he is giving his beginer students a chance to take it if they score higher than 90% in the practice test.

Campus Resources: There are a lot of computers around campus, there is 4 to 6 (one lab is for the art students and the other is for the Architecture studets, it has the softwares need for the classes.) computer labs that are available to the students. The printers are very efficient, the same goes for the computers. The computers may not be the newest but they are in great conditions. The Architecture computers are older than most, they are the fat bulky ones but they have the newest software. The network on campus is fast the only thing is that it is necessary to log in everytime, it does not save the password, but other than that it is great.

Campus Resources: The Student Center is a nice place for students to realx, there are televisons, pool tables, tables, and couches.

The library is amzing because it is open early and closes late. The librarians are really friendly to all of the students and they are very helpful.

The library has pupies to realive the streess from students on finals week.

The campus as a whole is a great place there are food trucks that come to the campus after finals.

Online Courses: for Math there is no one teaching the homework is to be turned in wether the subject is familiar to the student or not. For Street Construction and Maintenace the class was much easier all that was required was to read and answer the questions. The test could be retake two time and the the questions were clear.

Student Body: Many of the students are lazy and not goal-oriented. I see many of my fellow classmates as not caring about their futures and seem to be stuck in the community college system. I find many students in their 3rd, 4th, and 5th years at Citrus College, are in their early 20s, and have no idea on what they want to do with their life. What I struggle with, is making friends in the environment of my community college because they do not seem to truly care what their futures look like and the potential networking, job, and school opportunities they could have by being more outgoing and goal-oriented.

3 College Senior

Overall Experience: It has been a good time the only annoyance was how it took me more than than two years to complete.

4 College Senior

Facilities: The facilities are very good because they are modernized.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: It put me on the right path for choosing my major.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: Registering for classes is a hassle.

5 College Senior

Academic Experience: The history classes are really informative and provide further insight.

College Senior

Online Courses: I have never taken an online course and do not plan to.

College Senior

Career Services: This is a community college.

3 College Senior

Student Body: I think there is enough diversity in the school. Everyone has an opportunity to participate in school events and clubs.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: The library has many useful books and the environment is great.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: There are machines available for printing and scanning. There are many available computers although they are sometimes very slow.

2 College Senior

Academic Experience: There's nothing special about it, really. For the most part, I haven't learned anything that I hadn't already heard about in my high school's AP Psychology class or in books I read on my own. Some of the major-specific required classes are nearly impossible to get, causing students to have to stay at the school longer than necessary.

1 College Senior

Academic Experience: I've been lucky to get the classes I have and to be able to graduate on time (provided I get one more class I need)--most others I've talked to are lucky to get two classes a semester. Wingspan is very unreliable for registering classes and is impossible to use from mobile devices. Some of the professors are interesting people on a personal level, but academically there is nothing that stands out about them.

2 College Senior

Student Body: Most students don't look all too happy to be at the school. Diverse though they may be in appearance and lifestyle, they are generally the same in attitude--like they are suffocating.

College Senior

Online Courses: I have yet to take one of Citrus's online courses.

College Senior

Career Services: I haven't really been involved with any of the alumni network and I haven't visited the career center.

1 College Senior

Campus Resources: Computer problems galore. [Wireless] Network extremely poor--accessible only from one or two locations. Once connected, speed is alright. Computers used by professors in classrooms are very outdated. Often, lectures have to be adjusted to accommodate the computers' shortcomings: volume not working, projectors failing, etc.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: Library has a wide amount of resources. Campus activities are virtually non-existent.

2 College Senior

Facilities: Club meetings at odd hours; clash with classes. No social scene.
