Drug Safety: The policy enforcement is in place, but a lot of people still have a way to get access to alcohol and other drugs.

Drug Safety: Police are constantly watching, don't do drugs.

Drug Safety: A lot of students use marijuana, but not to the point that everyone does every day. It is for the most part controlled.
