5 College Junior

Campus Resources: The computer network at CMCC is outstanding. Never have a problem with anything wireless or using the schools computers. There are many places to print, which is extremely helpful to me since I have no printer at home. There are many computer stations should my computer melt down so I can work rihgt at the college. It is a well rounded system.

Campus Resources: The college has been upgrading their facilities recently, so the atmosphere is great! I am only attending this college for the first time in the fall, but according to my fiancee who has already graduated from this college, the resources available to you are not advertised well. When she was about to graduate, no one told her who to speak to about internships or entering the work force. Her academic advisor bascially just told her to apply for jobs that she qualified for.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: They are willing to work with my work schedule and they were very flexible and friendly about it.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: There are many activities that happen all over campus. There are many sports and exercise equipment. There's not much for arts and music though.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The education is well worth the money you pay for it, but sometimes it seems like the types of financial aid are limited.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: People are very friendly to each other and polite. It's easy to make a lot of friends and just hang out. There are lots of events that go on as well.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: There are many computers open to everyone, and wireless internet is available on campus. The network is fairly fast for having so many people on it. Printing is readily accessible in the library. Most of the stuff is fairly new.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: all on line courses are are layied out pretty good

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: this school has many different programs to help all students no madder the problem.

4 College Senior

Career Services: The school helps with job placements. The career/job fairs hosted at the school are fantastic and a lot of students usually get interview dates and employment shortly follows.

3 College Senior

Online Courses: They are great, convenient, but cannot be compared to classroom experience.Classroom experience is the best! You learn and communicate more.

5 College Senior

Campus Resources: The teachers are excellent. The staff are so supportive and value education and will work with every student no matter their circumstances they want every student to finish school!

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: The facilities on school are great and available to everyone and easily accessible.Everyone is more than welcome and encouraged to use them,be it for academic or recreational purposes.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: The I.T stuff are very good at ensuring that the computer system is fast, efficient and reliable. They do an excellent job.

5 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: I believe Central Maine College is the best college in the U.S.The tuition fee is the lowest among every school i ever inquired hence my choice to be a student there. The teachers are the best and the financial aid process is very quick and efficient. The stuff is so dedicated to their work and treat every student as if it were their own child and take education and success very seriously. This is the best school i have ever attended!

4 College Sophomore

Career Services: i find no matter what the problem is there is someone to help me or point me where i have to go

4 College Sophomore

Student Body: My school consists of working-class people with full-time jobs or families. With a mixture of high school grads

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Plenty of computer labs and printers for student use. I've never had a problem with the connection and the speed is good. Not many outlets if you have to bring your own computer and plug it in.

4 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: The price is reasonable and the professors have been extremely knowledgeable. I am confident I will graduate with an adequate experience in my field of study.

4 College Sophomore

Online Courses: This is my first experience with a hybrid class. So far, I am not impressed with the student discussions online. Professor feedback is minimal so you must be able to comprehend the material and find answers on your own.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: The resources here are, for the most part, very communicative towards their students. They are always willing to help in any way, shape, or form.

4 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: It's not absolutely perfect. There are some discrepancies here and there, but the financial system is operating by humans and not machines, so it's not going to be perfect all the time. However, despite this fact, the employees are very efficient and if one employee is unsure or unable on how to help you, there is 9 times out of 10, one who can. The one thing I wish CMCC would work on for efficiency is letting every student know every fee they have to pay or eventually pay, because I have met certain students here that have been driven into a financial rut because of a fee they were unaware of.

5 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: On campus housing is pricey, it includes a meal plan which you have to have if you want to live on campus. your not allowed to opt out of it. Which is lame it would make On-Campus living available to more people

5 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: The WI-FI is great there may be a dead spot in the elevators but other then that there is no problem. Works great even though there are like 300-400 on the school wi-fi and 250+ on the housing wi-fi

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: There are several services that can help you if you need help. There is TRIO, The Writing Center, Learning and Advising Center.
