3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: There are barely any fraternities or sororities and if there are more than I know of I think they should do a better job of getting the word out.

College Sophomore

Greek Life: One can join Greek life at colleges nearby.

2 College Freshman

Greek Life: This Ain't "Animal House" – As a small private school, its hard to call what we have here "Greek life." There are a few club-type things with greek names you can get initiated into. But a lot of the Greek societies are honors groups, or major/ interest- related groups. No real frats or sororities to speak of.

College Junior

Greek Life: Catawba does not have sororities or fraternities. However, it does offer two womens societies and two mens societies.

College Junior

Greek Life: No Greek – There is no Greek life on Campus

The College does not have any Greek life, but there are two women's and two men's societies on campus. The women's societies are the Delphinian Society and the Helen Foil Beard Society. The men's societies are the Philomatheans and the Dead Athenian Society. All four societies host campus-wide events and service opportunities. Some of the events they host include the Winterfest Ball, a semi-formal dance for all of campus, and the annual luau.
