College Freshman

Greek Life: I just know there are a lot of nice Greek folk that are very open toward the community, but I can't personally rate Greek life myself.

4 College Sophomore

Greek Life: I'm in greek life, and love it. If you're social, its a great way to go. It's very different from Greek life at state schools; its much more focused on making its members better people.

5 College Sophomore

Greek Life: We have the best relations between Greeks and non-Greeks, and in-between chapters

3 College Freshman

Greek Life: ehh its okay, i dont care for it

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: I sometimes enjoy my time in Greek life but it is expensive so I don't know if it is worth it.

Greek life at Case is a very good balance of philanthropy and partying. Frat parties offer a good way to unwind and socialize on the weekends. Greek life definitely doesn’t dominate the social scene, only compliments it. Since there isn’t a large social scene beyond student organizations and clubs, Greek life offers a necessary outlet for those seeking social stimulation.

The Greek system is the important cohesive matter that keeps Case’s frail social scene in tact. Greek parties are open to Greeks and non-Greeks and the party environment is rarely exclusive. The Greek social scene for some is a refreshing alternative to the residence life social scene and the academic social scene (I think I just made that one up). Most definitely, the Greek scene is not dominating. Social interaction is easy to find if you’re looking for it and although the Greek scene is very conducive, it doesn’t have to take place at a frat party.
