3 College Student

Campus Resources: The library is limited and the study center isn't very large. But as far as computer use and counselor accessibility the school is amazing.

4 College Student

Campus Resources: Our computers are fast and updated and printing is allowed.

Facilities: I love that the councilors Are always willing to talk and have a walk in welcome policy. It's also very nice that study areas, libraries and computer are open for use from 7:30a.m to 10:30p.m; for a trade school with no on campus living I would have never expected resources to be available so late.

Online Courses: The work load is easier to make time for. You always know what's coming next and when it's due so you have the time to prepare you for work. I also like the convenience; I live two hours away from my school so being able to just use the computer at home helps me save some gas. As far as peer interaction we don't meet in a personal way suitable for making friends, but we are still able to help each other and plan study sessions. The professors aren't really able to connect with every individual, but always finds the time to help us.

Academic Experience: the instructors are incredibly helpful. always trying to find ways to make the learning process fun, and easier. As, well with the curriculum is not lagging on, we switch subjects but, always revise back to what we've learned and it sticks with us in the end. With class registration process was easy-going,well explained, you basically knew what you were getting into. our workload is mentioned many, many times in orientation, to be aware on getting behind. then your doubling the workload onto yourself. As aspiring vet techs all we do is study, study groups are an essential to scoring high, and retaining information. it is said that when you repeat something you wanted to retain over 35 times it will sink in. so if your have a group full of students trying to study a test that is the next evening, your going to hear that answer or definition or whatever it is your reviewing. well i say that there's a pretty big chance of you knowing that question vs. studying at home by yourself getting lost , or confused.

Career Services: post-grad services are incredible. they will help you even after graduation.either by helping you update your resume and interviewing skills, to revising your approach on possible career routes and where you want to go, and how to carry out a possible job opportunity, finding your placement of where you really want to be.

4 College Junior

Student Body: the typical student is there for the next student. we are all here to broaden our horizons, and get out in the career field of our choosing. very accepting, helpful, resourceful. we are very diverse and unique in each individual way.but, we come together to help our classmates

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: i personally decided on night classes, to fit in my full-time job during the day and then school at night. both my classes and work require a whole lot of work. alot of persistance and determination to keep going, and to keep fighting. having that little bit of flexibility can help you succeed. and lessen the chance of dropping out.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: resources at carrington make the experience a lot easier than having to do it all alone. our student success center also helps outside of the class room. if you just so happen to get to class a few hours early and have the time to spare. get in there get online, get whatever you can get done. be ahead of the game. we also get in the spirit, or holidays and campus activities. although we can get into the competitive spirits it's all in good hearted fun.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: computer access along with the network is pretty stable, reliable. from having computer lab orientations, showing you how to and short-cuts. printing on campus is very resourceful if you don't have a printer, or if your out of ink, you can find some way to print out your homework or whatever is needed in class.if needed you could log on to the wireless network and use your personal computer to get your work finished.

5 College Junior

Overall Experience: overall , i would still pick my school in the end. It is a smaller location, with a smaller learning enviroment. i tend to rise to my true potential with close learning- techniques. more bonding time with your course instructor. to actually have a relationship with your instructor and ask question, see hand on hand on what your struggling on. the campus in general is great! everyone that can help is, willing to help. regardless of what the subject is.

4 College Junior

Online Courses: the online courses are very user-friendly. pretty self explanatory. especially helpful if you take the seminar the school provides. to show you how to use every tool the online classes provide for you. either it being ebooks, mymathlab, gradebook. all keeping you up to date, and able to keep track where your grades are, how you can improve. the online instructors are very helpful and willing to help in any way possible.

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: In the little time i have spent in the classroom and in the lab. i have learned an enormous amounts of information that will not only, get me ready for the real deal experience in the clinics. Also learning trick of the trade helps alot on getting you ready for your future.

5 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The head financial officer there is simply amazing. she will answer any and every question that you have about any process. they are all there to help you, get in, get approved, and find a way specially molded for your budget and leave you with a plan.

College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: I haven't had my credits transferred and I haven't had much time at the school yet I will in May.
