1 College Freshman

Parking: There are only four small parking lots and it never seems as though there are enough. People drive around for what seems like hours just to find a spot.

3 College Junior

Parking: I choose to walk or get a ride with a friend as opposed to parking

3 College Sophomore

Parking: Carlow University offers parking permits that are cost based on how many tuition credits a student has. The campus police are very strict at making sure cars without parking permits are ticketed and fined. However, you can fight the parking ticket fine and can get out of it if you have a legitimate reason. For students who live on campus, having a car is not allowed. Although, if you are able to provide documentation stating that you need the car, Carlow will let you keep a car if you pay the parking permit cost.

4 College Sophomore

Parking: Although Carlow is located in Oakland, where parking is scarce, you would think that parking would be an issue, but it is not. Carlow has three lots. Lot A and Lot C are the larger parking lots. Lot A has a parking attendant who double parks cars so there are more parking spaces available. Just this past semester, Lot C now has an attendant who also double parks cars allowing for more parking space. The permit cost is understandable due to Carlow being located in Oakland- part of the city.

3 College Sophomore

Parking: I think the cost could be slightly lowered. We all pay a wealthy amount to go here and I think some of that money should be put toward parking.
