4 College Student

Weather: Since we are Southern California days are mostly sunny and temperature is what you expect from California.

Weather: It's southern california weather! What more could you ask for???

4 College Freshman

Weather: It's California weather at its best: beautiful sunny days and breath-taking rainy days.

4 College Junior

Weather: The weather in Long Beach is beautiful. It's warm, we don't get much rain, and the sun is always shining. My only complaint is that sometimes it is too hot, and the walk to class is hard in the heat. And the smog isn't always great, but overall it is fabulous.

5 College Freshman

Weather: Sun is always shining, with the cool beach breeze alongside.

The weather is absolutely beautiful in Long Beach—sunny every day! You will see students around campus riding bikes, skateboarding, and riding around on their scooters. There's always something fun to do outdoors when every day is vacation weather. Students spend a lot of time at the beach, too.

It can get pretty hot, though. So if you're not prepared for SoCal weather, you may want to start doing hot yoga to condition yourself on how to stay active in the heat.
