Transportation: Public Transportation is great free bus rides in Long Beach. Shuttles all dormer use them.

Transportation: Long Beach has very graciously offered its students free campus shuttles, as well as free rides available on Long Beach Transit with your student ID. This is a great resource to have.

Transportation: If your a CSULB student it's free if you use the Long Beach Transit buses, they would even reimburse you use other means of public transportation transferring to a Long Beach Transit buses. they even offer you discounts too if your a full time student, you just need your student ID to show as proof that you are a student.

Transportation: i love that we are able to take the bus for free whenever we please. also the shuttles are very convinet and cars are helpful as well since it is a big campus

Next to Detroit, Southern California is like the car capital of the world. Everyone drives around in a car in Long Beach. And since CSULB is a commuter campus, most students have cars. However, some students use local Long Beach Transit.

There are other modes of transportation including a jitney service and a shuttle. A lot of students ride bicycles, too.
