College Sophomore

Nightlife: Like I said before, students cannot drink because of the covenant.

3 College Junior

Nightlife: The only real night life is going out to eat with friends, sporting events, or just playing games. There isn't much to do and alcohol and drugs are not permitted at our school so there are no parties. It is very tame and refreshing as there is no pressure or ways to really get in trouble or ruin a reputation. Occasionally there are church events that take place or Bible studies or even the school plans various events.

Nightlife: Night Life at PBU – Because PBU is a biblical university, students agree to not visit any bars or clubs or drink alcohol when they sign the Community Covenant. However, this doesn't mean the students don't have fun.

USC (University Social Committee) is a group of PBU students whose sole purpose is to organize fun events and activities for students. We have a spring formal, a luau, concerts on the walkway, open mic nights, an american idol-esue contest, and lots of other things. There are usually so many activities going on that you have to prioritixe and decide which events you will and won't attend.

Plus there are plenty of other things to do in Philly besides get drunk and go to clubs.

Nightlife: Good Christian Fun! The nightlife at PBU is not too exciting in regards to parties or the bar scene but is as fun as you make it! There is a lot of room to be creative in this area at PBU which can make some of your memories at PBU even more memorable!

College Junior

Nightlife: Nearly Non-Existent – The nightlife at PBU is nearly non-existent. This is an intentional decision enforced by PBU with restrictions such as curfew and fines. Most "parties" are organized school events; I put parties in quotes because it is not the normative college party experience. There is no bar/club scene as the students have to sign a University covanent prohibiting them from consuming alchohol. Even dancing prohibited on campus. Thus, the party life at PBU is almost non-existent and what little happens is very conservative. So if you're looking for a campus with an active, college normative nightlife look away.
