4 College Sophomore

Academics: Curriculum is very well rounded at Butler, and it follows it's Liberal Arts education very well. Registration is a real hassle though, and the reason that I do not give it a 5 out of 5, because it occurs at random times of the day and gives preferences to athletes.

Student Author OverviewWhat's This?

Butler is a liberal arts school known for academic excellence. There are core courses in each area of study that every student regardless of major must complete. The College of Pharmacy and the College of Business are the most well-known colleges at the University. If students are pre-pharmacy at Butler, they are automatically admitted into the pharmacy school if they meet the GPA and PCAT requirements. The professors also reflect Butler's academic excellence throught their methods and willingness to help students. They really care about each and every student and are willing to help out as much as they can. The school offers a tough workload for any major.

Many people think that college is all about being away from home and not having rules, but it's really about much more. It's about all of those things and how they intertwine along with learning and school work. Butler combines extracurriculars, services, leadership, and classes to create an education that is like no other.
