Online Courses: I have not taken any online courses, but the classmates that have tell me that they are relatively easy if you study.

Overall Experience: Overall, I like that the school is clean and flexible with the hours at which they offer classes. The people are generally friendly, the professors are good, and so far I have not seen any fights over parking spots.

Student Body: It is your average mix of students, many who come straight from work like myself, some who are always 10 minutes early and those who show up 20 minutes late and leave 20 minutes early every class. There are different levels of dedication from each person that are very easy to see, but it is useful to be exposed to all types of personalities because this is what we will deal with in the real world.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Going to community college is always a great way to save money but I did find it much easier to apply and receive financial aid at my other community college.. I was kind of disappointed when I transferred here and saw how much more strict they were with the deadlines and eligibility requirements.

Overall Experience: I always check on ratemyprofessors.com before I sign up for a class, but so far I have not really had any issues with the teachers. They were all fair in the grading process and had generally good teaching styles that were easy to follow.

Overall Experience: If you are lucky to get a professor who can introduce you to people in fields that you are interested in, it works out great because they are local and it makes it easy to get your foot in the door for a good job opportunity.

Academic Flexibility: I transferred from a neighboring county college and had some difficulties with the school... my credits took very long to be evaluated and accepted, and I ended up taking the same class again because I was instructed to by an adviser.. I was very frustrated about the fact that I had pretty much wasted over $400 on a class I had already taken.

Campus Resources: It is very clean and visually appealing. I appreciate the fact that they have air conditioning and heating. The library is nice and there are nice and quiet areas all over for studying or lounging.

Overall Experience: I would choose my school all over again because the previous school I went to, didn't help in the registration process or give you the advice that I needed. It may be a little more cost to me because I'm out of county but if I knew it was easy to transfer to BCC, I would've done it sooner.

Campus Resources: The resources on campus are great. The library is huge and there is bookstore that will have everything you need. BCC also has a lot of events that go on like concerts.

Career Services: Every month, I receive emails about career fairs and job opportunities. They also send out information about internships and externships.

Online Courses: The workload isn't that bad. This summer, I am taking anatomy and physiology 2, and yes, it's a lot of information to learn, but we have 2 weeks to learn it. Nothing is a surprise, we knew in the beginning that there will be a test every 2 weeks and there was a syllabus sent to us with how we would be graded. My professor is the best. She always emails us to see if we need help with anything and she also puts voice notes in the powerpoints to give us more information that is very helpful.

5 College Sophomore

Student Body: There is a lot of diversity at my school. Everyone is very accepting, doesn't matter what clothes you wear or where you're from, they will still talk to you.

4 College Sophomore

Facilities: One unique thing about my school is that everyone is friendly and more than willing to help you if you have any questions. The directors of programs and guidance counselors always stay in contact with you. Since I'm out of county, it makes my life a lot easier when they respond to my emails quickly and will follow up with me to see if I need any further assistance.

Academic Flexibility: Ever since I've transferred here, it's been very convenient. I can choose classes that work with my schedule and where it won't interfere with work. So far, I have no yet had any frustrations with them. They have made the transferring process very simple and all of my credits transferred over.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I'm currently on the wait list for the Radiology program but I love this school. Every time there is a job opportunity, they always send me emails. The pre-requisites for this program are somewhat challenging, especially anatomy and physiology, but it's definitely worth it.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: There is a wide range of academics that are offered here; from culinary arts to dental hygiene. Guidance counselors are the best here as well. Whenever you have question, they answer it to their best ability and make the registration process painless.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Financial aid is very difficult to get at this college.

Online Courses: Most of my classes have been online. I love the flexibility it gives, but you can also interact with your peers in discussions.

Academic Experience: I am majoring in crimincal justice and I feel as though the curriculum is up to date and easy to understand.

3 Recent Alumnus

Academic Experience: I think the professors take their jobs seriously. All of mine are always eager to help out with problems. Class registration is also a breeze being able to do it online.

3 Recent Alumnus

Campus Resources: The resources that BCC has is incredible. There are so many campus activities to become a part of. The library has everything. I just love how homey the campus is.

Campus Resources: I find everything on the computer network in good condition. The technology that the campus has surpasses many of the colleges I have visited before. That is why I chose to stay local.
