Campus Dining: I am biased because I have food allergies, but generally, people consider the food to be okay. Many say that it it way better that other colleges, but when you eat the same things over a long period of time, the redundancy can equate to not being as good.

Campus Dining: The school made it to the top 10 best/healthiest dinning services in the United States.

Campus Dining: Amazing food, guys from Haverford are constantly coming and eating here cause our food is so good!

4 College Senior

Campus Dining: Good on-Campus – The school is small so we only have 2 dining halls and a cafe on campus, but they do a really good job constantly providing a variety of good food. There are special dinners through out the year which are amazing and take out is available on weekdays. The local town is also pretty small, so there are not many vendors, and no money in the meal plans to spend in that regard, but they are relatively cheap and you can get a meal plan (as an upperclassmen) with money to spend at the on-campus cafe and coffee shops.

Some Mawrters marvel over the quality and quantity of foods offered in the campus's three dining halls, while others argue that none of the choices offered by Dining Services are appetizing. Judging by the awards our cuisine has won, the food is not too shabby. The main meat courses are rarely the tastiest, but Mawrters tend to get very creative concocting delicacies of their own with the ingredients in the salad bar, which offers cold pasta, fruit, beans, and a wide range of dressings, and few leave the dining room hungry. Quesadillas, panini sandwiches, and fajitas are all popular dinner dishes that students can design themselves and are offered on a weekly basis. The theme dinners and holiday dinners usually get compliments. Students attribute the good food to the small quantities prepared in each kitchen and the close interaction between students and the dining staff. The food at Uncommon Grounds is a convenient place to pick up a turkey sandwich if you miss lunch or dinner.

Dining Services is giving students a few more options regarding how many meals you can pay for. Instead of requiring everyone on the meal plan to pay for unlimited all-you-can-eat meals, there will be partial meal plans available for non-freshmen. Despite these adaptations to students eating habits, most students are likely to continue to make the dining hall a popular place for dining and socializing.
