Overall Experience: I would choose Brown Mackie again because they have been very helpful when things seem crazy. I like the one class a month.

Overall Experience: I love how friendly and helpful staff is to students. They all genuinely care about the success of the students.

Facilities: There are several computer labs and as long as there is not a class in there, students are free to work on assignments, and print power points and/or notes. Unfortunately their "cafeteria" is more of a room with a microwave and a cluster of vending machines. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and all encourage success from students.

Academic Experience: The instructors are knowledgeable in the field and helpful with their teaching methods. The class loads are on the heavy side, but when considering that it is an entire semester packed into 4 weeks, with 3 days a week on campus, it is manageable. The clinicals are very helpful in developing the necessary hands on skills required for this field.

Academic Experience: The admission process was very easy and simple. The admissions staff was accommodating and helpful. There are learning labs with varying hours to help students, teachers are very willing to schedule spare time to aid students with tutoring. At times, when one is juggling work with school, the workload can seem excessive, but it makes sense when one thinks about the fact that it is an entire semester packed into 4 weeks.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition is on the slightly pricey side, but the financial aid office is very helpful in trying to help students have options.

Academic Flexibility: I have class 3 days a week for about 4 hours each day. Classes go by fast and since we have one class per month, makes it a lot easier. They are very flexible with schedule changes and will work around your busy schedules. I have had no hassles with any schedule problems.

Campus Resources: Brown Mackie has a great library that's always open to any student. We don't have any sport clubs or athletic activities, but we do have days where our clubs will go out and volunteer there time to whatever is involved in our career.

Campus Resources: All the computer labs are open 24/7. Printing is free for all the students at any time of the day. Also we have ipad we use instead of books, so wifi is available at the campus.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Tuition for Vet Tech is pretty high, but that's anywhere you go for schooling. Having scholarships really helps in tuition. The financial aid office was amazing and helped in any way I needed. They are always there if I have a question and everything was straight forward when we sat down and talked about fees. Some tips would be; save money whenever possible because college is not cheap. Sign up for as many scholarships as possible to, so you don't have as much to pay later on. When choosing the right college and right degree, money becomes very small as an issue. You can't put a price on education.

Career Services: I'm not sure about the post-grad services since I haven't got close to graduation yet, but I'm sure they are great and helpful. There are alumni network areas on our site, but I have never seen or heard of them being used. Getting a job in your field straight out of graduating at Brown Mackie is very high. I can't wait to graduate and get a great job in the field I have always dreamt about.

Academic Experience: I'm majoring in Vet Tech and it's an 18 month program, so I'm getting an associates degree. I'm very excited to start my core classes so I can begin to help animals in any way possible. The curriculum is one class a month and even though it's a lot of information in one month, classes are much easier to handle. We get animals from the local shelters and rescues to practice on. They have a specific instructor who helps you plan your internship where you want to go. The instructor also helps you with your resume and practices interviews with you so your better prepared for a job in your field!

Academic Experience: I have pretty much explained all of this in the other questions. I am so proud to call myself a student at Brown Mackie College.

Online Courses: College is a lot harder than high school, but I enjoy a challenge. The professors don't put too much on our shoulders, and I'm very glad they don't. Again, the professors are always there to talk to us whenever we need them. The registration process is always going to take some time, but it wasn't difficult at all. Sometime students are even eligible for scholarships from Brown Mackie. Peer-to-peer interactions are wonderful too, and are always going on around the campus.

Facilities: I have pretty much described all the great things about Brown Mackie College. The school is a great place to be, the students are fun and friendly, and the instructors are always there for you. Unlike other bigger colleges, at Brown Mackie we get the chance to talk to any advisor, or head of chair. We have a "open door" policy and it's incredible. There is never a blue day at Brown Mackie, the sky is always clear!

Overall Experience: Again, I love this college overall. We have a club just for my major and I love all the students in the club. We have fun and talk about all the shelters and animals. I believe what makes our school so unique is the small class. The biggest class I have had yet was 12 people and we really got to know our professor better with a smaller class. I would choose this college all over again, it's the best college ever!

Student Body: I love Brown Mackie College because of the social interactions. The small school makes a great place to have close friends and have more one on one with your instructor. I tell all my friends and family about Brown Mackie all the time and how great of a school it is. It truly is the best decision I have made so far in my life and it's just the beginning.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I know Brown Mackie is a bit more expensive but I feel it is worth it. The help I have received from financial aid is what I expected it to be.
