5 College Junior

Facilities: Everybody is friendly and helpful. They see me like a normal girl. They help me with feeling pity for me.

Academic Flexibility: Getting to the different campus makes it difficult. Since I have a pancreatic cancer and I am disabled due my seizures. I can't drive campus to campus. I have to visit their disability office. But everybody has been very nice.

Academic Flexibility: My experience at BC had its trouble but for the most part it was enjoyable and well spent. I found it easy to get around to my classes and getting to school. Its convenient that we can pick a campus that is nearby to attend. The only thing I would have liked was a wider range of classes to take.

Campus Resources: The type of resources available depends on the campus you are attending. The larger campuses tend to have more upscale and upgraded technology in the study labs. They also might include a wider range of student activities since they can accommodate for more space and people. Smaller campuses have less activity, smaller athletic centers, and older technology.

Student Body: The diversity is not wide depending on the campus. You will see people from all the different cultural backgrounds and ethnicity. Everyone is pretty open minded when it comes to someone of another culture or religion. It solely depends on the individual and what they choose to accept.

Academic Experience: At this time I am only attending prerequisites for my AA. The curriculum is very hands on and the professors are very aggressive in their hands on teaching skills, even offering retention programs to ensure all students succeed.

Academic Experience: My school offers the basic academics that most community colleges offer. They do have an amazing accelerated computer labs program

Facilities: My school is just an average community college that doesn't offer the amenities and spirit that a four year institute would offer.

Overall Experience: Some professors and the problems with financial aid and other student resources are horrible.

2 College Sophomore

Facilities: It is very bleak, bland and quiet during normal class hours

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: The centers on the campus are general like everyday places rather than school-like.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: The schedule in which I have to pick the certain classes at certain times has been difficult even from trying to enroll at the beginning of the registration period. I prefer to have certain days and times to get it over with to help out when i get a job and its works with my schedule of family, social and academic behaviors.

College Sophomore

Career Services: I wouldn't know as I have not graduated yet and that I haven't heard of any.

3 College Sophomore

Online Courses: The online courses require not any particular schedule but a balanced one. You have to make sure you have plenty of time to do, complete, understand, and turn in assignments or your grade will suffer. It is a lot more individual work than classroom learning such as having no lectures, just solely reading and understanding.

2 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: It is bad in the sense that there is a long wait and a complicated system. Also, that all the information takes awhile to actually process and get put into the system. Most of the time, the information is giving a deadline to be done, it usually is not done until after the deadline by a few weeks.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: I don't really hear about anything ever going on with the student body at my school. I know it is there, but the communication of it is poor.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: To be in my specific major at my school, it is easy to know all that I have to do to complete it, strive and succeed in what I am going to school for. The school work and curriculum is reasonable.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The people who teach the courses I am in are highly educated and knowledgeable on what they are teaching. They are helpful and gives life like explanations that relate to the real world, not fake.

3 College Sophomore

Facilities: I like the fact that they are upgrading facilities such as the new science building and dining area. Parking has been upgraded as well.

College Sophomore

Career Services: Because I haven't meet any one post grad services yet.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: The student is okay as far as I know. They do encourage students to get involved in anyway possible.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Academic experience is good at Broward. Workload is expected, and teachers are helpful.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Study options, registration process is ok. Professors are helpful.

2 College Sophomore

Facilities: Library smells like there is mold in the walls.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: LRC center, student centers, library they're all great.
