4 College Junior

Scholarships: I qualify for a pell grant. But one hard thing about this school is that if you are a non resident you have many scholarship opportunities and financial help, but if you are from the united states they don't help you as much.

3 College Student

Scholarships: the school is very affordable and has a great program for international students but unless you are very proactive you will not find any scholorships

5 College Freshman

Scholarships: I didn't have to do anything. They just sent me a check paying for part of my tuition without me having to do anything.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: BYU-Hawaii, only offers scholarships according to our G.P.A. If a student is struggling financially and are in need of more resources to pay for school, we need to look for other scholarships online. It's hard have to work and study because you start thinking how you are going o pay for school instead of thinking about the courses you are taking. This distracts the students a lot from being 100% focused on their curriculum.

4 Recent Alumnus

Scholarships: I recieved a decent amount of financial aid, but the campus runs on "hawaii time", so if you want things done in a timely manner, u need to run around campus with papers in your hand getting things signed and done yourself.
