Weather: SoCal weather is literally the best.

Weather: Local weather for Biola is the best possible. We are located in sunny southern California. The average winter temp is approximately 70 degrees. As a student living in the dorms, there's nothing greater than having a wardrobe of shorts, t-shirts and sandels.

Weather: Weather is actually great all year round. In the winters, it barely ever gets less than 50 degrees. When it rains, it's usually only a slight drizzle. But for most of the year, it's bright sunshine and partly cloudy days.

Weather: It's in Los Angeles, and the weather is roughly 70 degrees year-round. It's far enough from downtown and the center of the city that the smog isn't a problem, and the sky is almost always clear and blue. It rarely gets cold, and rains only a fraction of the year.

Weather: It's South California! The weather is incredible pretty much every single day. Sunny with pleasant temperatures.

Weather is very close to the hearts of all Biola students, which is to say that it's usually very sunny, especially in the spring semester. When it's not 80 or 90 degrees at the beginning of the fall semester, it's usually 90 or 100 degrees, scalding some Northern students into wondering why they chose to attend Biola. However, during the fall, nights can be chilly, and the coldest it usually gets is into the 60s at night and 70s during the day. Students usually wear jeans and T-shirts during the winter, and T-shirts, shorts, and sandals during the spring. Sometimes, during the fall semester, rain will strike and bewilder many students, but it won't last longer than a couple of days, giving students an enjoyable shock from the warm weather.

Students usually take advantage of the splendid weather by going to the beach on sunny days and Disneyland on rainier/overcast days, when people will least likely go and it's not as harsh having to walk around all day. Many Biolans claim that a big factor in deciding where they would go to college came down to weather, and claim that Southern California's weather was the most ideal from their choices.
