4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Most of the dorms are new. The rooms aren't very big, but they are liveable. All but two dorms are coed. Heritage is the hood of campus. Prosser, mcdonald, and west are the best for closeness to classes. The atmosphere is good. Some students are too loud and messy though.

College Freshman

Drug Safety: There are students on campus that do sell drugs. Hardly an one takes them in public though. Alcohol is kind of easy for underageers to get if they are at a friends house that is over 21.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: We have great sports teams here. Soccer and hockey have won national championships.

3 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: Bethel has some strict policies. No alcohol, smoking is fine, but only if you are at least 10 feet away from a building, no members of the opposite sex in rooms after visitation hours, fines for failing health and safety, fines for parking wrong. In the dorms during visitation hours there are rules, but the RAs are pretty lenient.

3 College Freshman

Nightlife: If you know where to go, nightlife is great. Also, haven't you heard of making your own fun?

4 College Freshman

Facilities: Student life is great. The staff works hard to provide many activities each month. We have a student center, but its not used for students anymore. The president is working on giving students their space back.

4 College Freshman

Computers: The university gives every full time student a Lenovo laptop. It is not the greatest laptop in the world, but it works. Itbisbequipped with Microsoft Office. The library has a lot of desktops that work well. The cost of printing is 5 cents per page, if you do back and front it counts as 2 pages which is dumb. The wifi is usually reliable.

5 College Freshman

Diversity: There is a little bit of everything here. Gays, straights, bisexuals, christian, atheists, consevitives, liberals, ect.

5 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: The local atmosphere is great! The residents in town are great and are accepting of the students. Shopping isn't good. There is a park that's nice. From what I know, the safety in the town is great.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Mckenzie is a small town. We have a couple of fast food places, a couple of mexican places, chinese, steakhouse, 2 pizza places, and a wing place. The cost is very reasonable. All of the restaraunts are on the main road, so they are easy to find and get to. There isn't much of a variety though. The chinese place gives discounts and that's all I know.

4 College Freshman

Majors: In order to get into my program, I had to do an audition for music. Because I am education too, I'll have to have an interview with the head of the education department as well. The process is not difficult at all.

4 College Freshman

Majors: There are some programs and majors here that I wouldn't reccomemd to anyone only because you could get the same education at a cheaper school. But there are plenty of great majors here. The science, music, and education departments are pretty great

5 College Freshman

Greek Life: I love the greek life on our campus. There are plenty of great sororities and fraternities to choose from. Most of the organizations are local, so you might not recognize the name. The greeks are mainly community service oriented, but they do know how to have fun just like anyone else.

4 College Sophomore

Drug Safety: There isn't that much drug use... that I know of personally.

4 College Sophomore

Academics: The teachers here are pretty good. Because of the small classroom setting, it's a better environment.

Transportation: There is not campus provided transportation.

College Sophomore

Nightlife: There really isn't any nightlife. If someone wants to party, they would usually go somewhere else.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: Being in the little town of Mckenzie, you really don't have the problems that you might have if you went to a bigger school. Safety isn't that big of an issue here.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: The college doesn't allow alcohol on the campus, and there has to be a hall monitor for visitation of anyone of the opposite sex.

3 College Sophomore

Weather: The weather lately hasn't been fun to walk to class in, but it'll get better once it warms up.

College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I wouldn't really know about off campus housing here in Mckenzie. Most people that go here live on campus. But there are also a lot that commute.

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: I'm not apart of the Greek life here on campus, but most of the Greek life here is for community service and not partying.

3 College Sophomore

Athletics: I'm not an athlete, but we do have some good athletic programs.

4 College Sophomore

Diversity: Good school. Really good small campus, teachers are helpful.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: I feel safe and secure. The men in the class always try to see the women off the campus before they leave.
