Local Atmosphere: The atmosphere of the Twin Cities is wonderful. The hustle and bustle of this artsy city with a dozen colleges/universities within 20 minutes of the city provides an energetic atmosphere. There is always something to do whether it is going shopping at the Mall of America, walking around the myriad of lakes, or attending traveling musicals at the theaters. The Cities are a healthy place with an acknowledgement and acceptance of the large student population. Minneapolis/St. Paul have one of the top ethnically diverse populations in the country which provides for a rich cultural array.

5 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: My school is located in a suburb of St. Paul/Minneapolis, which is basically the greatest metropolitan area in the United States. There is basically something for everyone; parks on almost every other street, numerous museums, any kind of restaurant you could possibly want to try, clubs, malls, including the Mall of America, rec sports teams, etc. If you want to do it, there's a 95% chance you can find a way in Minneapolis.

5 College Student

Local Atmosphere: I lived in the twin cities almost all my life, it's a great place.
