Nightlife: What is this nightlife you speak of? This is Berry!

Nightlife: I never really hear about parties on campus.

Nightlife: NON EXISTANT – need i say more? The "clubs" are a joke. There are few parties on campus. If there is an off campus party be prepared to drive out to the middle of nowhere. Your best bet is to save up and go to Atlanta.

Nightlife: Nightlife is great if you are into watching movies with friends, hanging out, playing board games, etc. Berry is a difficult school academically, so your nightlife will most likely consist of going to Club Library to chill with your other friends who are doing homework. If you are looking for a school with a hopping club/ drinking scene, don't come to Berry. Drinking isn't allowed on campus.

Nightlife: Rome Is Slow – There are some bars around that have a few nights for under 21, but you really have to be 21 or older for any nightlife. For me that was at old havan or or bars , drinks and a cigar in hand hanging with friends, or simply dinner and a movie. Most things shut down early

Rome doesn't offer many clubs for students, but the Krannert Center Activities Board (KCAB), the major event-planning group on campus, offers many options for students looking for something fun to do on the weekends. There are usually a variety of things to do, including comedy shows and dances, and on special weekends, "Casino Night" and "Spring Fling." Residence halls also host "Late Night Edition," in which resident assistants host an event after a comedian or another activity. One of the most popular ones was the "Rave in the Library."

Off campus, there are two bars that students try at least once with a group of friends: DJ's Tavern and 333 On Broad. These bars allow students to meet up with students from the neighboring college, Shorter University. Overall, students typically stay on campus and hang out with friends. At Berry, food is at the core of socialization, and restaurants often serve as the host sites for these get-togethers. It's not uncommon to see 20 Berry students at one restaurant, as options are limited, but the fun isn't. If students have one ounce of creativity in their body, they are sure to have a great time on or off Berry's campus.
