5 College Junior

Overall Experience: I loved all of my professors because they thoroughly enjoy what they do, making learning from them easier.

Overall Experience: I loved each and every professor I had! They are always helpful and the subject they are teaching, is their job after school hours. Their styles are different each time, yet always interesting and I never get bored learning the subject. They also include their life stories as examples and it helps us learn more efficiently. My teachers make the class more bearable and fun, Class sizes range from 12 to 32.

Online Courses: I did not take any online courses yet, but I will be taking two hybrid courses this semester.

Career Services: There are a lot different career options at a better "price", compared to a four year college. For a community college, it offers a lot of medial choices, arts, and culinary. This is a great start if people are unsure of what they want to do. I love this aspect of the school because of how many programs are available.

Academic Flexibility: When it comes to going for help, whether it is academics or simple questions, there is always a line because the office member work extremely slow as well as you can tell they do not want to work there. The only great office is the Special Services office, they are always so happy and eager to help. As far as class schedules, some classes are offered at different times of the day, but some are only offered twice, which is very frustrating.

Campus Resources: They have a student center, a library which provided free printing, there are also a lot activities that do go on during and after semesters.

Online Courses: Even though I have never taken online courses with my high school, I do realize how crucial it is for my future. I am now confident with using my computer for class. It brings an easiness to you that you would not get with the stress of forgetting something in class. I do believe that online classes are better sometimes when you really need to focus and the distractions of the school bother you.

Academic Flexibility: My guidance counselors were amazing trying to make everything happen for the student body. They really did try to make our schedule in our perfect views. Unfortunately, sometimes there just is not enough space for everyone, so they will tell you the best other option. When transferring out of high school, my guidance counselor made sure that I was okay with the new experience and we stayed in contact after graduation.

Student Body: It's funny because stepping into the cafeteria one will definitely notice there are cliques. However, it is not bad that if you are a new student there will not be anyone there for you. My fellow classmates were friendly and welcoming, but eventually I found my true best friends. The student body is very diverse and accepting of any sexual orientation.

Academic Experience: My High School offered the basic courses that I needed for my major. For example, organization was needed in order to be at the top of everything in my class. We were offered various opportunities to experience what one's chosen job actually was like. For example, in the last year of high school, we all participated in Career Day. We all had to dress elegantly and participate in the activities, as well as learn procedures for our future jobs. It was amazing to realize that this would be our reality in a while.

Academic Experience: I believe that my graduating class was blessed with great professors, who actually really cared for you every step of the way. For example, my teacher for my Italian class became really close to my family after having taken 6 years of Italian classes with her. I became fluent in the language and I also learned how trusting your own teacher can be. I will never forget the generosity of some teachers.

Student Body: Everyone is very upbeat and friendly. We basically always have events on campus, so the student body is pretty active in doing their part. we have many creative people, many people who believe strongly in social dynamics, and do not care about ethnicity. Our student government is amazing, and always tries their best to make the student body happy! We always smile and say hello while waiting on the very long dunking donuts lines.

Campus Resources: We have over 25 free time labs on campus, plus the library which holds four computer labs with in it.

You can always find a computer. Computers are always available. A HUGE plus is, if you print under 50 pages, printing is free! copying is only $0.05 a page ! And the copy room is always up and running! The only thing is, the network speed can be a bit faster.

Campus Resources: We have a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a weight room, and track and field (several actually). we also have a very big library with two floors, four computer labs and study rooms. they have audio rooms, quiet time rooms and basically group project rooms also. In the student center, every day there is an activity going on, whether it is karaoke, magicians, or people playing music. The school is also very engaged in sports, and have team players of the month awards.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The classes aren't expensive. Each credit is only maybe 160 per credit. Its a huge financial help to go to Bergen Community College. The cost is not pocket breaking and doesn't cost and ARM or a LEG!

Online Courses: All professors are great and it is great experience.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: It is a good inexpensive school that offers plenty of class for everyone and classes are not to crowded.

College Sophomore

Student Body: I have no rating towards the student body because I don't interact with much people in school. I am going to school to learn not to make friends and have no time to waste.

Academic Flexibility: i had no credits to transfer i am on my 2nd semester.

Campus Resources: They have everything you need printer copy machine, printers and plenty of computers.
