5 College Junior

Campus Dining: There's a lot of places to sit and is always clean.

1 College Junior

Campus Housing: There is no campus housing.

5 College Junior

Computers: I never have any problems with the computers. Computers browsers off campus need to be configured to submit homework on their angel program.

1 College Junior

Scholarships: I am a single 22 year old that lives on my own. I had a small amount of money that will run out when i get my associates degree but still need to acquire bachelors. Somehow my parents income matters in financial aid when they don't contribute at all.

4 College Junior

Diversity: There are many students of many colors and backgrounds. Nobody treats anybody negatively.

Majors: 2 options for my bachelors would be Business management or a computer technician degree. A business management internship is not likely but a computer technician degree has a good chance.

3 College Junior

Majors: The educational system as a whole is broken. People shouldn't have to become indebted for decades to get a university education. Metropolitan helped in reducing the costs dramatically and has a partnership with Bellevue University so all the classes within the degree, transfers perfectly.

3 College Junior

Nightlife: Omaha is a pretty conservative city.

4 College Junior

Parking: A car is a must. There is usually decent parking but the college likes to cluster classes on Tuesday and Thursday nights which makes parking more difficult.

4 College Junior

Transportation: Omaha's public transportation isn't great but it works. The four campuses are all over the Omaha area and require a vehicle.

1 College Junior

Athletics: Community Colleges don't offer extra curricular activities like these.

4 College Junior

Weather: There are very few snow days. The city does a great job clearing the roads. between April and December is the warm period.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: Apartments in Omaha are quite expensive for a single student. The quality of apartments under $500 are poor and above $500 could be nice. Most decent apartments are around $600.

4 College Junior

Guys & Girls: Most people that go to Metropolitan Community College are between 18-26 and are employed. I've made quite a few friends and never really disliked another student. Students main focus at this school is to get their degree done and move on with their lives.

2 College Sophomore

Transportation: We don't really have a lot of public transportation options where the University is at.

3 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: The campus looks good, cleaning people are regularly cleaning. It's safe and seems up to code. I have no problems with it.

4 College Sophomore

Diversity: I've seen a good number of different ethnic backgrounds in my classes and they've all been wonderful to interact with.

2 College Sophomore

Greek Life: I chose bad because I don't really think we have an emphasis on these at this University. If we had more attention to this it could grow a bit. But may not be a large focus.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I do not live on campus, unaware of the ratings on these.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: From what I've seen it's spacious and nice. There's nice options available to eat.

3 College Sophomore

Weather: It's Nebraska, the winter's are cold and summer's are hot/humid.

4 College Sophomore

Parking: I take night classes, so it may be a little better then. But I think it's decent. I've seen way worse at other Universities and colleges.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: Among student policies are academic amnesty, attendance, payment/financial aide ect. The University is consistent, they abide by their policies. They do not accept cheating or plajorism. And I think they're pretty stern, in a good way to that.

4 College Sophomore

Computers: I think the computers are decent.

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: I'm still getting help from my counselor trying to get scholarships. But they do try to help students get set up for some scholarships. The counselors provide good websites to utilize.
