2 College Sophomore

Student Body: It's such an odd mix. You have a range of ages from high school students in the Running Start program to folks who have been in there careers or the job market for a long time before starting at BC. You make friends mostly through your extracurriculars, sometimes in your classes. Mostly though, people go to class and go home. Oftentimes, I went a whole day on campus without speaking, except in class discussions.

Cool thing though, there are TONS of international students, so the student body is very, very diverse. You can sit in the cafeteria and listen to conversations in five different languages.

Student Body: Those that choose to be involved at Bellevue College were deeply committed, helped their fellow students, and were accepting of any and all circumstances. However, the majority of the student body is just at the school for the education, and have no intention of sticking around. I was one of those people. There is no school spirit, barely any athletics to rally around; to be honest it feels like there really isn't a student body, just a bunch of individuals.

4 College Sophomore

Student Body: There is great diversity at the school and much diversity acceptance and advocacy at Bellevue College.

5 College Senior

Student Body: There are lots of different clubs. Practically a club for everyone!

Student Body: Everything is kind of impersonal, but you wouldn't expect too much more out of a community college

Overall, Bellevue College is a very diverse and friendly college. Students welcome anyone and everyone, and embrace differences. There are many ethnic minorities and many students from all over the world. Everyone gets along and tolerates each other.
