3 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: Baylor has policies that can be a little annoying but they aren't enforced very often.

2 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: Academic policies are strict, which is a good thing. However, Baylor dictates the social lives of many students by multiple rules and punishments especially concerning alcohol and parties.

College Freshman

Campus Strictness: The strictness of the campus is just about the same as high school, except with more cops.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: Depends on your viewpoint. Zero alcohol/drug tolerance, but fairly lenient otherwise.

4 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: I don't mind the campus strictness, however, Baylor cannot keep the training wheels on students forever.

Participate in the Golden Rule, and you'll be fine. Basically, as long as your parties are contained and not too noisy, you'll never have much of a problem. To be clear, though, there is absolutely no drinking or public intoxication, even for those over-21 on campus. It is 100 percent not tolerated. Don't even try in the dorm. If you really want to drink, find a party to attend, or make some friends that are 21 and live off campus. If someone calls the cops on you and they come out to give you a warning, you'll be fine as long as you're decent to the police. Like anywhere else, use your common sense, don't aggravate the cops or your neighbors, and you'll be fine.

The only area that is absolutely ridiculous here is the parking. You can park somewhere illegally for five seconds, leave your hazards on and a note in the windshield saying you'll be right back, and you'll still get ticketed.
