3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I like the cost isn't as high as most colleges, and the teachers always seem to be very helpful.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: The computer lab gets pretty busy but I have not had to wait for an open computer since I started attending school here.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: Resources are well put together and are always available when needed.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: The workload can sometimes be challenging but otherwise the experience has been pretty smooth.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: The only problem I have noticed is the lack of classes offered in order to complete your prerequisites. Somehow they need to offer more science classes since Nursing and Radiology Technicians are the number one job that everyone seems to be headed towards.

4 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: I have not had any problems with financial aid and getting help when needed.

4 College Student

Facilities: that they help out with relay for life

Academic Flexibility: well I haven't needed to transfer any credits but making time for classes is great you make your own schedule

Campus Resources: well printing on campus is 10 cents but that's okay or at least that's what I think ...the access to computers is good

Overall Experience: well my school is okay there is many people who go there, and many are friendly but we are not there to make friends ,we are there to study and learn so that we can be something in life and ,make a difference in our community and maybe the world

Academic Experience: teachers well they are fine, some of them and the workload is, I think typically the same for most collage students.

5 College Junior

Facilities: The courses are very affordable. You can even go for free if you qualify for financial aid. Books can be quite expensive, but there are other alternatives where you can buy them for reasonable prices. I love this college. My professors are really down to earth and they are excellent mentors.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I am able to afford BC. They will get me where I need to be in life, and they will help me every step of my educational pathway.

College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I have not yet reached the program of my major.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: BC offeres an abundance amount of classes. You know what is expected of you with your professors, they provide a lot of free resources for students.

College Sophomore

Career Services: I have never looked at post grad stuff because I am still attending school

5 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: Bakersfield College is very upfront about everything they do, including Financial Aid and the process. All rules and regulations are in writing and they are very helpful if you do come across any issues. I feel like I am getting more for my money than I ever have. I consider this an investment and my returns are going to be awesome.

3 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: I have never had a good experience with the faculty. Every time I contact one it seems to be a bother.

4 College Freshman

Career Services: The staff at BC help you fill out a student educational plan, which tells you everything you need to take for either you AA or transfer. The SEP is so super easy to fill out and very helpful. I use it every time I register for classes that way I know what I need to take.

3 College Freshman

Facilities: I wouldn't say there is anything super special about BC other than the wonderful professors and recourses they offer.
