Guys & Girls: Lots of people dress like hipsters which I don't like. A lot of people care too much about their looks and people are often judged by their looks. Social life is great you just have to find the right people to mesh with. Many guys and girls are preppy but I try to avoid those for more down to earth people.

Guys & Girls: Although I am in a long-distance committed relationship and do not necessarily view others in this certain way, there are more girls on campus than guys, as well as this interesting concept of a DTR (Defining the Relationship) talk that accompanies many "rings by spring" relationships.

Guys & Girls: The guys are really cool, down to earth, and really fun to hang out with!

Guys & Girls: APU is not what you expect it to be at all. In terms of looks, most student do maintain a well put together appearance. Interests are so vast. Coffee and lunch dates are a big thing. Hiking is a big thing. So is long boarding. Most students are physically active. Whether they're runners or surfers or university athletes. Social life is a big deal on campus. Community is a big buzz word. The student population is just big enough where you can meet new people regularly, however, small enough where you can certainly maintain smaller circles that happen to overlap frequently with other small circles.

Guys & Girls: Too many white people that can be superficial sometimes.
