Majors: Nursing Program – I am in a nursing program that truly dedicates their time to ensure the education of their students. There are a mere thirteen students that started the program with me, and the professors main concerns are the students.

Majors: Nursing Program – I have had a great experience since i have been in the Nursing program, but getting in was the big issue for me. I have always been an Azusa student since high school, and they have disappointed me in their selection of students that they have accepted before me. other than that, i high recommend the program to anyone who is pursing a career towards Nursing.

Campus Housing: The Victorville High Desert campus does not have a on campus housing.

Scholarships: If you need assitance the scholarships are availible. The only thing is like all scholarships they are few.

Computers: The Full Package, but Not Complete. Im attending the Azusa Pacific Satellite campus in Victorville, Ca and we are fully access. The wireless is amazing, all of the laptops are availible to the students to check in and out. There is an abundance of laptops so there is never a problem to check one out. The only thing that the campus is missing is a printing station for the students. Without a printing station I have to travel to a staple center to print. So this is the reason for the A and not an A+.

Overall Experience: Draws One Closer to Religion – As a christisn school, I feel that the school provides their students with adequent religious experience that will draw them closer to God and help build their character in a positive way

Health & Safety: Never Walk Alone at Night – The campus is safe; but, I will not advise anybody to walk alone at night. It is always a good idea to walk in groups across the campus at night even though the campus is well lite

Majors: Too Many Papers to Write – BSN Program at Azusa is very hectic, students are overwhelmed with essay writting that they have little time to read their textbooks. I enjoy the writtings a little bit because I think we (the students) think that it is redundant.

Majors: Research Assistant – I know there are plenty of opportunities to be research assistants to various faculty members. Just talk to your teacher in the desired field. I'm currently a research assistant for a nursing professor. They are very understanding of trying to find a balance between school and work. They know that our academics and school work is first, then our job, which I work about 8-12 hours during the school year. It's a great learning opportunity as well.

Local Atmosphere: Azusa is a very chill place, there is not much to do at night. You'd have to take a drive to LA, which isn't too far. During the day though, one can hike, go to the movies, get froyo, shop. The locals are friendly.

Guys & Girls: Cutie Cougs – Our school has its share of hipsters. Lots of cute guys and pretty girls.

Athletics: Sports Are Exciting – The sports program at APU definitely has excellence. They university works hard to promote school spirit and specifically the sports programs as well. The majority of student come out to see their school perform and win.

Guys & Girls: The Girls Are Quite Attractive and Smart – The girls at APU outnumber the guys 4 to 1. They are usually up for hanging out whenever, except for finals time, which no one is. Furthermore, they are outgoing and polite.

Campus Dining: Occasional Dining Experience – I actually buy and cook my own food, but occasionally buy from the university dining areas. When I do, I feel as though they're pretty reasonable and good. I think the cafeteria could improve, but that opinion is only based on a few times in which I did not eat much. There sandwich store and Mexican food restaurant is very good.

Campus Housing: University Village – Studying late often calls for a stretch or snack. Upon getting this snack, anyone living in the University Village would step outside their UV apartment and see people laughing, skating and riding bikes. The UV 'communiversity' group seeks to provide a supportive and sociable atmosphere for college students. Every week each building's RA has a social gathering to meet people and discuss life. This truly makes the college student feel supported and enabled to keep going towards the college success.

Off-Campus Housing: If I Were You, I Would Stay on Campus – If you try and get an apartment you will most likely be spending more money and you usually don't get the best areas that you will stay when you have to look at cheap apartments.

3 College Junior

Academics: When you pick your classes, you really have to do your research on your professors because the good professors come few and far between. You have to make sure that you will enjoy the class with that teacher or you will not do good.

4 College Junior

Academics: Professors Are Always There for You – The teachers are there when you need them and are willing to go above and beyond to help you out. When trying to get into classes that are closed, they will make sure if you are in their major that they will help you get in. They also are very reasonable when you are working multiple jobs and help in making sure you can manage work, school, and extra-curricular activities.

Transportation: The trolley is the best way to get from east to west campus. Lots of public transportation off campus as well.

Campus Dining: I Know I'm Going to Gain Weight – The food on this campus is amazing. Every time I've visited, I have been able to sample a new place to eat, and I'm never disappointed.

Diversity: Very Diverse – I believe the diversity at the school I plan to attend in the fall is very diverse. While it is a Christian based university, it does teach acceptance and tolerance.

Nightlife: Uhhh.. Parties? If you are in to partying there is a somewhat undercover seen to be found but never anything on campus

Facilities: Beautiful Campus, Sketchy Neighborhood – While the campus grounds are kept in great shape, stepping out on the streets of Azusa, CA is scary to say the least

4 College Freshman

Athletics: At Azusa Pacific University athletics are very important. Athletics provide most of our school spirit. Our athletic teams are very dedicated and do all they can to make a difference and contribute to our school spirit.

5 College Freshman

Computers: The computers on the Azusa Pacific University campus are very good. There are enough computers for all of the students and helps them meet their educational needs.
