Off-Campus Dining: There are a lot of great restaurants to choose from in town. Also a lot of small local places that have great food. Bentos is a Japanese's express take out and has great food! There are also a few places in town that offer discounts to Averett students.

Off-Campus Dining: There are a lot of off-campus dining options near my school. There is one road about five minutes away with restaurants from fast food to sit in. This is very convenient because of how close it is. It is also convenient because of how inexpensive the restaurants are. Also, most every one of the restaurants you get a student discount as long as you have your student ID with you. One of my favorite late night places to go to is cookout!

Off-Campus Dining: there are many places to dine that's near my school. We have a cookout, mcdonalds, burgerking and many more places like these because the school is in a city. we also have the small town resturaunts such as oriental and sub places and local owned resturaunts. We also have the big named resturaunts to such as buffalo wild wings, outback stakehouse and red lobsters. So dining options are great near my school.

Off-Campus Dining: Not Enough of Variety – Most of the places are just fast food restaurants as in McDonalds and others

Off-Campus Dining: Dining Options Off-Campus – Off-campus dining options near Averett University varies in quality, location, and pricing. Within walking distance, there about six or seven dining options. Not always the healthiest choices, these restaurants provide a variety of food types, but in all honesty, a vegetarian or an individual looking for foods with low fat and low sodium would be very displeased. Farther out from Averett, there are several restaurants that are high in quality but pricing may be a bit strenuous. From my knowledge, there is only one restaurants in the area that gives a student discount, but it is on one night of the week.
Food around here, in my opinion, is pretty tasteful, but being from the city of Danville, VA, i have not really been else where. Restaurants such as Miyako's and Olive Garden are higher staged restaurants that serve dishes found in foreign countries, but they are far too expensive for any individual, much less a college student, to be able to enjoy several times out of a month. Convenience is also a factor. It is not always easy to go to a restaurant and sit down and enjoy your mean as a college student because all of the tasks demanded of u.
