Overall ExperienceWhat's This?

Ave Maria offers a unique and fulfilling experience to its students by providing an excellent and well-rounded education, a Catholic foundation and community, and an opportunity for growth and spiritual development. Overall, it’s an experience that cannot be found anywhere else! Although Ave Maria is a new university, it has grown despite the hardships of the recession, demonstrating the determination of the school and student body. While this may not be the school for everyone, Ave Maria will definitely help you grow intellectually, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. The combination of a liberal arts education and love for God helps to drive the University and its students. The University may not have the best sports teams and isn’t located in the most exciting town, but the knowledge and wisdom gained here is incomparable.

While the academics and modernity of the school are certainly impressive, it's the community and faith of the school that ultimately attract its students. Between the households and dances, essays and lectures, students at Ave not only gain an education but also an experience like none other. Ave certainly isn't perfect and it still needs a lot more work before it is fully developed, but considering the newness of it, the University undoubtedly has a lot of opportunity to grow. The current students are helping to build the foundation for one of the best Catholic universities around.
