Guys & Girls: Boys some of the on campus treat girls like crap, and break their hearts. They should let a girl know what type of friendship or relationships they are looking for instead of leading a girl on. Girls should the same too. That way you know what your getting into and not being played.

4 College Junior

Campus Strictness: No, real campus strictness , they just ask you to weapons off campus, don't have drug in the dorms or drinks, don't be loud after certain hours and no boys or girls in your dorm after 11:59 pm unless they live in that same dorm building with you.*

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: Convenience , being all in one place, Cost being I can afford going out with friends a couple times a week, Student discounts, being take a higher price to an affordale price and benefits everyone, Variety , being everyone has a favortie store and eat out place.

Academics: The professors that I have had so far are great, they really listen to you and help further your knowledge on what you already know and what you need to know. The curriculum are every great for narrow the information down in a short amount of time. The registration process, is okay as long as you have your classes written down ahead of time and are sitting at the computer ready to punch in some numbers and get the classes you want. The workload is not that bad if you plan the order in which the work is need to be completed and work first hang out later.

4 College Junior

Academics: Haven't really gotten into my major year still working on basic lower classes, will have one upper class this coming semester.

4 College Junior

Scholarships: I always apply for aid early, check will financial aid office to make sure no forms are needed to provide financial aid, and keep up with deadlines; then everything should go smoothly. Keeping up with these thing make it easier to get my aid fast and worry less.

4 College Junior

Majors: I have never had one, but the students say they pays good and on time or they get a lot of support when it comes to finding their career job.

4 College Junior

Majors: Having to wait so long to see if you got into the program is not fun. Then ,if you don't get in you have wasted most of your college life for nothing and have to choose another major and pick up from where you can. But as long as you have the GPA and have looked over all the rules and have you papers checked for errors then you should be find but keep a back up plan.

Athletics: I love the new shirts for supporting our our college spirit. Need to lower prices so that everyone has at some team spirit to wear and show their school pride.

4 College Junior

Nightlife: There is always a set or party going on. I have not been to one yet but plan to go.

3 College Junior

Campus Dining: Could Lower Prices and Add more Plus Dollar and meals , because a late night snack would be good for studying at night.

Off-Campus Housing: It just depends on where you live really. Students can live off-campus, if there are in a 50-mile radius, live with a parent or legal adult, or if they are not freshman. Commuter parking is okay. We have some parking closed off due to construction.

4 College Junior

Athletics: Some students are greatly involved in the sports life on campus. Games are important especially during homecoming. Right now we are in the process of having our stadium being rebuilt; it should be done by this Fall.

4 College Junior

Academics: Our study options involve having tutoring and being aloud to stay in the Library to 2:00 in the morning if needed. The workload is manageable if you stay on top of tasks. Professors generally post there notes and syllabus on the online website to help students. They as well give you their office hours. The best study areas are the library or possibly in Sundquist.

4 College Junior

Academics: I am in the Nursing program and so far it is great. The workload is manageable, just do not wait till last minute. The teachers are very helpful and all work together to help you.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: The only experience I have with Financial Aid is that sometimes I cannot tell when my account has processed or not knowing why it is taking a while to see my information, but a simple email to them should generally help you. The financial aid office works hard and they do not mind to help students at all, just sometimes you have to be patient.

Off-Campus Dining: We have some Dairy Queen's near campus that have student discount options. That take about one to two dollars off. We have a sandwich place right infront of campus that has some discounts on Friday's. There is a Chinese restaurant in walking distance that offers school discounts. Maybe about 10 to 15 minutes away from campus we have plenty of restaurants. For example., olive garden, o'charley's, longhorns, and etc.

Health & Safety: If there is any crimes on campus they generally happen near it not on it and there occur at night. We have officers available on campus and we have emergency poles if you need a police escort. I feel pretty safe on campus. It is well protected. The police on campus are very helpful.

Local Atmosphere: In Clarksville, you can hike at the Dunbar Cave, there is the Governor's Stadium Mall. Everyone on campus is nice and very helpful. Downtown Clarksville is near campus in walking distance. There are some museums there. As well, if you are a student, you can ride the transit system for free with the AP transit pass.

4 College Junior

Diversity: We have a LGBT club on campus that puts on productions. They put a drag queen show that was open to all students and possibly the community. Also, we have different church groups, for example, there is a church club for Catholics.

4 College Junior

Campus Strictness: The campus has many rules set enforce to help with the safety of the children. The campus prohibits drinking and drug use on campus. Parking decals are required an if not issued or up to date, we have parking tickets. We also have police help poles place around campus to where a student can have a police escort if they do not feel safe. Lastly, we have rules for our dorms, girls and boys must be in there wings by midnight. Girls in the girls area and boys in the boys area.

Majors: Applying to the nursing program was very stressful. The application was not that hard but getting the GPA and fulfilling all the curriculum before applying was the hardest. You have to have a 3.0 before applying and even getting in with above a 3.5 is hard. It also is required that you take a test called the TEAS, this test was extremely hard, I studied all summer long for it. The tips I would recommend is study and make a really good grade on the TEAS so even if your GPA isn't as high, the TEAS test will help even it out.

4 College Junior

Majors: I love being in the Nursing Program. It is hard work but the people you meet and become so close to are amazing! the workload is a lot, and the test are hard but it is worth it. The grading curriculum is a little different from a normal grading system, to pass the class you have to make a 76 which makes it a little more difficult.

Campus Dining: After living on campus for a year, I got very tired of the food choices at Austin Peay. The variety is very limited, and not much is open late or on weekends. The cafeteria is okay but the food is somewhat plain. I would love more options for food, especially more ethnic food. A Chinese place, a salad bar, and maybe even an ice-cream store would be amazing. I think they need to extend the hours of the restaurants because if you're out late studying the only place open is subway and that closes at midnight.
