Tuition & Financial Aid: Tuition is very cheap, it is nice to go to school and not break the bank doing so. Take advantage of financial aid.

Campus Resources: Resources were always available. The athletic students had a gym, a workout room, a showering room and plenty of fields to play ball games. There were tennis courts but no swimming pool. The school had to transfer the kids to the pool by bus. The libraries were usually open at 8:30 but there would be times that they were late, but that was rare. There were plenty of clubs to keep kids occupied before and after school.

Campus Resources: The computer systems at my school were usually well managed but the district board starting blocking too many sights that I considered essential for my works in class. In attempts to reduce online sexual exposure and social media, the school blocked off many pages so using the computers at school to find help was not even worth it for me. However, the printer was often available and a limit of 5 pages for was set and any pages afterwards would have to be paid for. There was also a homework room set up in the mornings and afternoons for kids to have access to computers besides the library. Computer labs were only open for teachers to gain access to use. The network rarely went out and when someone else brought their own computer, they could join the school network easily. Although the non-locked network was sometimes failing.

Student Body: Killeen High School was rather separated into cliques and was rather stereotypical. The asians hung out with the asians, the jocks hung out with the jocks, and the weird goth kids sat out in the courtyard to eat lunch, even when it rained. A lot of Killeen is well off, as in a lot of the families are middle class, and a lot of students would come and go because their parents were in the military. As part of the elite programs at my school, I didn't have much time to interact with other students outside of I.B; however, I did notice that people were rather friendly when put into groups and sometimes when they were forced to work together. Killeen High School has been recognized for it's participation in holding the I.B Program out of 4 high schools in the district. The I.B Program also brought in international students. Killeen is also the sister city of Osan in South Korea and they had exchange student programs for selected few.

Online Courses: Everything is amazing at ACC. Staff, tutors, professors, and students there are always willing to assist in furthering your education.

Academic Flexibility: There are many classes to choose from to meet many schedules. You can choose from evenings, weekend, online, and hybrid. As well as choosing from dates and times.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I would definetly choose my school all over again. I am an older student and was very apprehensive in the beginning about returning to school. There are classes that are offered that I have taken that have helped me quite a bit to succeed in my course of studies. I am enrolled in a degree plan where I will be provided with on the job training that will help me when I graduate that will definetly make a differnce when it comes time for me to get a job.

4 College Freshman

Facilities: There are so many things that I love about my school. Availability of classes, friendly students, helpful instructors, diversity of degrees offered and on the job training offered.

4 College Freshman

Online Courses: I only took one online course as I prefer classroom instruction. However my experience was great. The instructor was very knowledgable as well as communicated on a daily basis with all students. Participation with the students also occured on a daily basis. For someone with a hectic schedule, this would definetly be a good option.

Campus Resources: For a community college, the resources are awesome. Ranging from activities of all kinds to include sports, clubs, learning resources, and advisors.

4 College Freshman

Campus Resources: The learning labs and libraries are equipped with the newest versions of computers to include the up to date computer software programs. These also include people in the facilities that are always very willing to help with the use of the software.

4 College Freshman

Student Body: There is so much diversity in the people that attend the school that everyone fits right in which is one of the things that I like the most about ACC.

5 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: My adviser was awesome! She walked me through the process of transferring in and out of ACC. The staff I have been in contact with and my professors have all been very nice and willing to help you with your needs.

5 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: My favorite part is the smaller class sizes and more personable professors. They are all willing to help you with any issues and are very fair with grading, even in the harder classes. You just have to put in the work!

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: I have no complaints about the library, they have several different locations but I normally go to the Riverside location. It is quiet and lots of nooks and crannies to study. I personally haven't been to the athletic center if you can call it that! It is more like a small room with weights inside of it. But considering that this is a community college, it is more than I was expecting and I am overall pleased with the resources they have available. Oh, they have free tutoring that is invaluable in the learning center!

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: The wireless is fast, a little inconvenient as you have to log in every time. Everything else is great.
