Tuition & Financial Aid: They have been very helpful to me throughout the entire process

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: There are resources of course but not as many as I'd like there too be. We have of course our financial aid office whhich offers loans and grants and our Student life offers internships and jobs on and off campus but thats about it.

Campus Resources: My school offers programs and jobs to their students so that we can all make ends meet while earning our degrees. If we visit and participate in Student Life, a helpful organaization, then they will help open doors to helping hands. any extra help is really appreciated so I'm glad my school offers this to me.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: To do online classes you pretty much have to be a self learner.

4 College Junior

Career Services: For a community college they try really hard. Some of the teachers see you are in trouble with your grades and really work with you to find solutions while others have the attitude of it is what it is. I suppose that is any school.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: I've never had a problem registering for classes. Professors are fairly lenient if you're late on an assignment or exam. Their student services and the online course sites are easy to use

College Junior

Student Body: I have only takes online classes and I'm not involved in student life

2 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: I'm getting a great amount of financial aid, but there's only one assistant at the campus I go to that knows what she's doing. I have gone there many times and have had people who don't know or tell me the wrong information

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I've found that most professors are fair graders and willing to help the students earn those grades.

4 College Junior

Student Body: I've seen people of all ages, races, and walks of life at ACC and they seem to get along alright. There's a real sense of camaraderie here because everybody seems to sense where the others are coming from and not judging them for it.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: the library is great, and the student tutoring centers are great also. lots of help when needed, along with good hours

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: everything has been amazing, except a councilor messed up my schedule.

5 College Freshman

Online Courses: Taking online courses at Acc is the best thing that i have done while here!!

3 College Freshman

Student Body: Students at Acc come from all backgrounds. This being said, some students are not very dedicated to doing their best in school!

4 College Freshman

Campus Resources: Student center is accessable and the book store is on campus.

4 College Freshman

Campus Resources: Registering online is confusing when entering the class choice.

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: I have time to do all the things I need to get done befor and after class. The teachers are understanding of personal matters that may hinder you from class work to the point that they help you find ways to complete the tast as long as the reason is legitimate. They also have pograms for individuals that have learnong disabilities.

3 College Junior

Student Body: The percentage of racial diffrences as well as culturel diffrences are shortly ranged, but the majority of the student body at an campus you attend is populated mostly by the Latino community. The next largest group of individuals as far as race gose are the Caucation then African American. I have yet to see any Asians at all. Weather they be Southeastern or Oriental.
The school set up is convinient as well as informative. The teachers show that care about the students and there education and that is one of the most important qualities thats shoule be expected and help up in any school invironment from preschool throught collage as well as any other learning institutions.

4 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: One of the more affordable schools in Texas because it is a community college.

5 College Sophomore

Online Courses: I have had many teachers who are very organized. You can finish as much work as you want before the deadline. I completed a few weeks worth in the timespan of one week. It is great. Most classes you take the test at the testing centers at ACC.

5 College Sophomore

Career Services: There is a great Career Center at the Northridge campus. Employees there are extremely helpful.

3 College Senior

Student Body: The Student Body at Austin Community College consists of young adults and working class people. The school is diverse in race and ethnicity. There are many friendly, outgoing students which make ACC a very sociable environment. While everyone is excited to make new friends, there is only one goal in mind and that is to get an education to purse a particular career.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition I pay at Austin Community College (ACC) is most definitely worth the value of education I am receiving. In fact, it saves me more money than having to take the same classes I am now in an actual University. By taking courses at ACC I am obtaining comparable information to that of any University, and maybe even better depending on the Professor.
The Financial Aid at ACC is helpful as many of my friends use it. The most important thing to know is that you must submit your financial aid forms on time! ACC also does a superb job of assisting students with financial aid through advisors. The earlier you submit it the better off you will be in getting financial aid.

3 College Freshman

Campus Resources: There is a wireless network all over school with plenty of labs.

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: The professors vary greatly. Some are more hands off, while others are stand offish and expect you to teach yourselves. As long as you do your research, you will be able to choose the right courses for you.
