4 College Junior

Diversity: There are numerous students from all around the world. We even have clubs such as "The Spanish Club," or the "International Club." These are all student run. In addition, every Friday we have a student present information about their culture and heritage to the rest of the student body.

4 College Freshman

Diversity: There is a lot of diversity on campus, because of the large amount of exchange students.

5 College Student

Diversity: I think our campus handles diversity very well. We have a large population of kids from all over world.

4 College Freshman

Diversity: The school encourages students to explore and allow what makes you different show, rather than be repressed. They encourage students to travel internationally as well as welcome international students to come and study on campus.

4 College Senior

Diversity: Augustana really stresses diversity, which is awesome. They always recruit a ton of international students on campus, which makes up for the lack of diversity among traditional students (we ARE in South Dakota, remember!). They also really encourage studying abroad and help you every step of the way. As far as political beliefs go, there are both Democrat and Republican clubs with heavy student followings, so I'd say it's pretty open/accepting. Being a Lutheran school, most students come from a Christian background, but no one is looked down upon or treated differently if their beliefs are different.
